    "Newcastle was great and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful." (107444939)

    Staff are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Hotel was in a great location. Reception called taxis every time we needed them and they came within minutes. Bar was open late.

    Rooms are very small and basic.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was good as well. Positive as well was to make tea and coffee. The room has a nice colour and the temperature was ok. Every day new towels. Nice breakfast in a nice atmosphere.

    One bad point was that we have missed a loo brush in the bathroom.I think that the price was very high for 7 nights without breakfast.

    The room was clean and specious. The porter on duty (Chris?) put himself out a great deal to find out some information about Mass times at the Cathedral. I was especially grateful for this.

    Friendly approachable staff. Flexibility apparent re breakfast-left open whether or not to have breakfast which we found helpful.

    Very, very noisey as room looked onto nightclub. Needed window open as warm in the room so consequently was awake for big part of the night.

    This hotel is a perfect spot for anybody who wants to be near the city centre, easy to get to and from and the reception staff where great. Our flight got in at 7 we where going to ask the hotel to watch our bags till we could check in at 2 but they went one better and got us in to our room straight away letting us grab a rest before the fun began. I will be going back to this hotel again.

    This was our first stay at a Premier Inn. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are planning our next short break with a Premier Inn elsewhere in the country. My husband does not usually like staying in hotels, however he said that he too thoroughly enjoyed his stay and will be happy to return in the future.

    We cannot think of any. We have nothing but praise for the quality of hotel and staff. Many thanks.

    I was advised that there were a group of lads staying on the floor I was booked onto. The staff offered me another room and were available to assist with the move. The food was excellent.

    The staff were extremely helpful, allowed to book in early as room was ready, very polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

    Not enough choice for children on their lunch/snack menu.

    receptionist could not direct us to an internet cafe. corridors were a little drab.

    Excellent location for city centre, friendly helpful staff, modern and clean room, decent breakfast and small but friendly bar. Convenient car parking.

    Heating not very efficient but supplementary heating was immediately brought to room when we complained. This rectified the problem immediately. Car parking whilst convenient is quite expensive but no more than any other city centre.

    Breakfast included - a pleasant suprise.

    The reservation i made online was not transfered and booked in correctly so that when we arrived at the hotel they had no record of us arriving. The girl on the desk was helpful to book us in as there was enough rooms. However on return home a bill had been sent to us for the room we had booked on line, however it had been booked in wrongly by either your company or the hotel for the night previous - we will not be paying for someone elses mistake.

    David on Reception was excellent and set the tone for the conduct of the rest of the staff which was consistently warm, friendly and painstaking

    Very clean room, television that worked properly, a bar and resturant, nice staff, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

    1400 hour check in left walking the streets would be better at 1300, booked a wake up call at 7.45 that never came, lucky we still made our train.

    "The stay in the hotel was overall very good. Resturant service left something to be desired." (107968499)

    James at check-in was very good and sorted us out even though the on-line booking in process seemed to have failed and there was some very demanding foriegn guests checking in at the same time.

    The only bad point we encountered was at the evening meal as we seemed to be forgoten between courses. As this was birthday treat we felt let down by the service.
