  The room was clean

  Wi -fi was not available in the room we booked into even though you advertised that it was available throughout the hotel. The staff were aware of this when we spoke to them so it was obviously a known problem which has not been addressed. We were moved to room on the second day of our stay which had wi-fi. There were no muffins or croisants for Breakfast on the Monday of our stay. My husband was served cold potato bread as part of his fried breakfast on the Monday of our stay. We had dinner on the Sunday night of our stay in the hotel and there was very little choice of vegetarian food.

  "I was very pleased to stay at the hotel - and was generally impressed with the whole of our stay - especially the disabled facilities in the room i booked for my elderly grandmother - brilliant!" (107214210)

  Polite staff, food excellent, hotel inside very warm & welcoming, beds the best i've slept in for a hotel, shower brilliant - location ideal.

  One of the taps was not secure and turned when you turned the tap on and off.

  Friendly Staff

  Main Restaurant not available due to lack of guests, would have preferred not to have to use the bar & grill for my evening meal. Meal was poor obviously boil in the bag type product!

  "Reception staff very friendly. " (97072956)

  Good location for overnight stop. Popular restuarant with good service

  Room upstairs had a noisy ventilation fan which kept being left on by another guest for long periods. Another room was offered but was a poorer standard. So we put up with the fan. No ventilation as our bathroom fan did not work and the window was locked for security and to reduce noise from the main road.

  bar and quality of the room

  the fact that a couple argued all night and kept me awake i had to tell them wasnt hotels fault but could of maybe stopped earlier
