    the hotel was iddeally located for our trip, the staff were courteous & friendly and helpful, dinner int he restaurant was lvely and the breakfast was first class

    Room bright, clean.

    Getting directions to the hotel from your staff on the telephone was next to impossible. It would be useful if you had a more precis Stat Nav reference. For example the building has no road number which would have helped. A map for walking to and from Wembley would have been helpful and would have saved a hour and a half wait for a taxi - afterall you do advertise as a hotel within walking distance of Wembley. So an A5 map would be good.

    Very modern and clean hotel. Beds comfortable and room in good condition.

    Reception didnot seem to know what they were doing. Got our breakfast information wrong.

    Excellent check in - gentleman we dealt with at check in at 3 am - was ablsolutely one of the most helpful people i have delt with for a long time - very kind caring and helpful and an assett to the hotel

    "Whilst I enjoyed my stay there were a few negative points that spoiled the visit for 2 of my guests, however the football result more than made up for that!! Up the clarets - we are premier league!!!" (107462913)

    Flexibility and helpfulness of staff, really comfortable bed, ease of access,

    in one of the rooms we booked the air conditioning was stuck and it was unbearably hot all night, when we asked for a maintenance visit in the morning we were told it was not possible but that it may be possible for them to unlock the windows to open them- this didn't happen and as it was far too hot to get ready we had to use the facilities of the other guests' room. we got down to breakfast at 10.30 but there was little left we were told it was because of the bank holiday! the breakfast staff, although pleasant, appeared untrained and unsure of what they were doing

    Room supplies not fully equipped for 2 people per details advised, hot tap in bathroom not functional, movie channel not operational, no slippers, one bathrobe supplied, noisy room location, air con control poor

    Breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and a joy to work with. Perfect location on top of the Central subway line. If free parking is not an option, then 10 GBP is a reasonable price.

    Should offer free internet connections.

    The hotel has a modern decor and is light and airy. Well placed for Wembly Arena and Wembly Stadium - approx £10 in a cab. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.

    Only downside was parking is charge at £10 per night for residents.

    Efficient check-in/checkout. Well decorated bedroom, good size with the usual toiletries.

    Not as close as we thought to Wembly Arena. We had to get a taxi, approx £8.00. Disappointing restaurant. Paying to park.

    "Awesome breakfast, friendly staff. Parking will improve once refurbishment is complete although staff bent over backwards to ensure we got a parking space. Excellent Location for tube to central London and for Wembley stadium. Have already considered a return visit with my wife later in the year. Travelling from the North of England it was easy to find by car being situated alongside the A40. Excellent value for money." (97120070)

    We were staying for NFL game in London. Good location also enjoyed the fact we could watch games in a good atmosphere in hotel bar afterwards

    Within the room the taps and the shower taps were extremely difficult to shut off. Made a point off telling reception

    "This hotel was in a great location for wembley stadium. Although not ideal for the centre of london. Underground station directly across from hotel is great.     "The hotel was perfect for attending Wembley Stadium and had links to a very prompt taxi service. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and breakfast was very nice." (99432271)

    It was very handy for Wembley Stadium and the reception staff were able to order us a very prompt taxi. Check in was quick. Room was clean and very comfortable.

    Bar area was quite cold in the afternoon but was warmer later in the evening.

    "For the trip that we took to watch a concert at wembley it was more than adequate, room was ok, the staff were very good, there wern't really any bad things about the hotel! Breakfast was pretty good too!" (99149671)

    It was awkward to get to Wembley from the hotel, either lots of tube changes, or walking was a pain.
