    Staff was helpful, and nice.

    Room was cold and bed was uncomfortable.

    "Children impressed with water feature at front, appreciated the secure parking. We arrived at night and found the grounds well lit when entering hotel. Better than we had anticipated. " (108291317)

    Clean comfortable bed, friendly staff, secure parking, drink facilities e.g tea/coffee available in room. Suits short stay needs, would stay again. Value for money.

    Placement of soap dish in shower, would be better placed by the shower unit itself. I hit my head. Net curtains needed replacing in the triple room, as they were torn. Curtains also needed replacing in both triple room and double. Just small points which could improve quality.

    The hotel is near my friends houses so i recommend to stay in here as i stayed befor .price wise its ok as it is near to town center too

    first of all hotel name is fountain hotel and there is nothing so attractive when u enter its seems like a church u should place a beautiful attractive fountain or something attractive on the main side the system of ventilation was very bad the toilet fan was not working even they sealed the bathroom window due to paint or might be aother reason and its started stinkwhen you sit with friends or familyin room.ventilation system should be good.

    Excellent room and friendly staff, warm and clean would recommend to others. I have also booked in here for the next 4 months while the contract i am on is still ongoing.

    "poor and disappointing" (107330614)

    the shower was warm

    dusty room, dirty bed spread, cigarrette burns on bed covers, hairs on pillow, tv had only one channel, carpet was very dusty, lack of and poor quality toilet paper, expensive breakfast at £7 extra and last, but not least, the water from the shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor.

    "Exellent, we would certainly use the Fountain House Hotel again in future." (107377937)

    Good value for money, lovely & clean, good distance from Heathrow Airport, very convenient to have delivery of food to the hotel, menus were available at front desk.

    The only bad point I could say is the distance from the entrance our room was, when handling heavy luggage it was a long way to go and there was no other option to leave the building.

    Didn't see any bar in the hotel as ios described when I booked.

    Very little I am afraid other than it was close to the location where I had business. Also clean sheets and pillow cases.

    Outdated hotel, service was inexistent, small room, broken tiles in the shower room, very old TV without remote control, poor window insulation, very uncomfortable matress, very difficult to find a parking space around.

    "This is an ideal place to stay if you are working in the area and only want a basic bed for the night. Would have liked to know that they do not serve pork products as i paid for five 'full english' breakfasts and got egg, beans and toast!" (108063618)

    No iron, hairdrier. Breakfast took 3/4 hour to arrive and was not good.

    "I think that better instructions from the airport to the hotel ... do not take one of the airport cabs, they can cost 3-4 times as much as the one the hotel arranged on the return. It would be helpful if the hotel offered a prearranged cab from the airport to the hotel. Everything else about the hotel was fine." (97866334)

    Fairly easy to find and 'fit for purpose'. Reasonable value for money.

    The room was odd. The shower cubicle was right next to bed and the floor was very creaky - I felt bad for people downstairs!

    "I needed a good nights sleep and if I had known the state of the bed and the fact that the wndow was broken and could not be closed I would not have booked the hotel. By the time i had found out we had paid the money up front. If I had not paid then I would have looked for another hotel." (97029107)

    The bed was lumpy with springs coming through. The headboard was broken and hanging off. We could not close the window on to a noisy road, and the curtains would not close due to one curtain hanging off. The extractor fan in the toilet and shower was not working.

    POOR GLAZING MENT IT WAS NOISY FROM TRAFFIC & A DRAFT CAME IN ALL NIGHT, SQEEKY FLOOR BOARDS MENT YOU HEARD EVERYONE AROUND YOU ON THE MOVE.

    "wouldn't stay there again. it was the type of hotel that workmen stay in. it was in the middle of a residential area." (97217055)

    very noisy. you could hear movement from all around the hotel.breakfast was only cereal toast and egg.
