The hotel was in a nice area. close to where we we needed.
the staff were miserable, they wernt nasty, but not very welcoming. The room was average the bathroom had silverfish crawling around.

Breakfast was excellent
Only one slight niggle and that was being asked what I wanted for breakfast when I checked in (early afternoon). When I stay anywhere I can't always say if I will want breakfast, let alone what I want to eat. As I said, just a niggle.

Placed in walking distance of North Shore promonade. Clean and well equipped bedroom with a very comfy bed.
Toilet in the room did not flush very well and had difficulty parking in the area.

nice clean room, clean bedding etc,lovely cooked breakfast
rooms a bit on the small side, was unsure who the owners/ managers where as they didn't seem to introduce themselves till payment was required??

"Highly recommended as hotel is close to the sea front, has parking available, includes breakfast and was a pleasant place to rest your head." (108073326)
Great location, close to Promenade, helpful staff, nice rooms.
Slightly dated decor but nothing compared to 99% of the other B&Bs in Blackpool.

"the add told me every thing i needed to know before i went" (97480066)
The owners where very friendly and made you fill welcome as soon as you arrived,The room was very warm and clean the food was very hot and frash when brought to the table all areas of the hotel was very clean and bright it was A1 all round

"If you're looking for a quiet break, with an excellent breakfast, this is the place for you. The owners/staff are very welcoming. My wife is a wheelchair user and the access is a little restricted (steps to entrance), however, there is a lift to all floors. There is an excellent pub close by (The Duke of York), good prices and entertainment nightly. All in all, good value for money." (97995897)

The staff were friendly, rooms were a decent size and had comfortable beds. We only had to walk round the corner and there were pubs and bars so good location. Bit of a trek to the pleasure beach but we were expecting that anyway. And there was Findlay (their dog) He was gorgeous!! They will know who is writing this review now!
