    Excellent location, The apartment & in-room facilities were good

    Delays caused when we have to use the lift as there is only one lift is both for guests and workers

    Staff very helpful. We arrived late which made us late for the football game we were watching the staff on reception let us park and got a taxi ready for us when we come up from the car park. They also let us book in when the game finished so we only missed the 1st few minutes.

    Très bonne impression d'ensemble Bonne situation, proche du centre ville, de la gare Personnel efficace, respectueux et amical

    Un seul point à noter : le claquement des portes lorsque certains résidents ( peu respectueux )rentrent tard la nuit...peut-être faut-il insister sur le respect du lieu dans le règlement intérieur...pour éviter que cela ne se reproduise

    Central to shops. Clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice furniture/facilities. Much better than a hotel

    Didn't like using the gate at night Venetian blinds difficult to use as windows so big. Couldn't close them Unable to open a window for ventilation.

    Very modern, clean, Comfortable and warm, well laid out and the view from our fifth floor apartment was really good and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.

    Extractor fan in bathroom didn't work and we had some minor problems with closing the window in lounge

    Location in city centre, convenience of self-catering, security of building and carpark, high standard of decoration, beds and furniture.

    Squeaking doors, non-working window blinds, flexible shower tray, lift delays due to use by cleaning staff.

    "This was our first time staying in apartments rather than a hotel, and we loved the freedom that it gave us. I wish we knew the receptionist's name who dealt with us as I'd love to pass on personal thanks. She was so friendly and chatty which made us feel so welcome. We can't wait to visit and stay again.     We were given a very warm welcome and given a free upgrade to a 7th floor 2-bedroom penthouse apartment with a fab balcony as I had notified staff in advance that we were celebrating my husband's birthday. A lovely handwritten card and bottle of bubbly was waiting for us in our apartment, which we thought was a really lovely gesture. Our views were fab, and the girl on reception was so friendly and informative. We felt like nothing was too much trouble. It was a really pleasurable stay and we look forward to returning. Apartments are very classy, beds extremely comfortable and city centre views were fab. Thank you!!!

    Unfortunately my husband and I don't smoke so we were very conscius of the lingering smell, however we didn't complain as we did feel very fortunate to have been given a complimentary upgrade and eveything else was perfect. We hit the shops, bought some Febreze and blitzed the apartment. This helped a lot. We both agreed that we wouldn't want to stay in a smoking room again, however felt this was a small price to pay for a fab apartment and location. ps. Would also suggest non-stick frying pans as our bacon and eggs stuck like glue to the silver ones - but again this was a minor thing (just worth considering when replacements pans are required).

    Rooms were very clean and staff friendly enough

    Very poor ventilation in rooms due to Health and Safety the windows could only be opened a short space and with the strong sun the rooms were overpowering. We made a couple of complaints a bulb was not working next to bathroom mirror and we were told maintenance had finished for weekend and requested a fan but none available.

    "This was one of the best experiences I have had to date and was truly a home away from home. I took a rotary fan with me, which is essential, as these apartments can get too warm in summer. The fan provided is no good. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone." (108091181)

    Modern, spacious apartments with every convenience you could possibly want. Excellent satellite TV channels. Extremely comfortable beds and stunning bathrooms. Basement parking is available and convenient.

    Windows don't open very far and the floor-to-ceiling windows heat up the apartments. A fair amount of traffic noise.

    Rubbish bin in apartment was very dirty inside when I removed the bin liner for it to be emptied. The bottom of the bin was full of old tea bags and other debris.

    outside of accomodation was nothing like the pictures on the internet

    "Central Location, if your shopping or staying for night life, imaquately clean with an en-suite and bathroom in 2 bedroon apartment. Beds very comfy and good kitchen/dining area. The only question we had prior to going and couldn't find on the website was, did you have to take own towels? the answer to that is no, nice big fluffy towels were provided, Premier Apartments in Eden Square, Liverpool comes highly recommended."     Only comment would be the hall doors should have some glass to give light, and paint work quite dirty in places.

    "The apartments were immaculate and throughout the whole organising of this week-end away, the office staff were really friendly and professional. My only criticism of the apartments was that they were very hot inside and the small fan provided was not suffice to keep the rooms cool and as the windows only open a small amount, it was uncomfortably hot in the bedrooms, so I imagine in the middle of summer, they wouldn't be very comfortable to say in!"     "The apartments are new, spacious, modern and fresh and very well equiped - just great. Staff were most helfpul and really a pleasure to deal with. We had 2 rooms, and our whole family gathered from across the globe. The apartments were great for us...But I would only recommend this apartment in winter, even in September, we could barely breathe for the first few days as they had been closed up. The rooms were very hot and had most inferior ventilation. After a while the room did air and cool a bit but otherwise great accommodation." (97055869)

    The Ventilation was horrible. I would only recommend this apartment in winter, even in September, we could barely breathe, the rooms were very hot and had most inferior ventilation. This was quite distressing for an asthmatic and the heat was unbearable for everyone for several days. After a while the room did air and cool a bit but for people who live in a hot climate, the level of ventilation combined with the heat was a serious problem, and the only one in otherwise great accommodation. They really need proper air conditioning or better ventilation.
