Very clean.....Comfortable bed....Excellent breakfast....Lovely large walk in shower....I was upgraded at no extra cost as it was not busy.

On a main road and opposite a public house,but to be honest it was not a problem even though I had a window open.

"Very enjoyable stay. Quiet location despite being close to the road and opposite the local pub. Ideal for access to motorways, NEC, and Birmingham. Kids slept soundly all night which is always a good sign." (108039516)

Staff very friendly. Room very clean and fittings and furniture in good order. Bed comfy and bed linen clean and fresh. Brekfast very good.

TV channels limited. Parking limited. Bathroom cramped and not attached to the room. Credit card reader problematic.

"Great to find nice accommodation with a lovely host. We were travelling with our 3 dogs and they were made very welcome. Easy access to NEC and close to motorway network. Would stay again." (97113190)

Excellent accommodation,very clean and modern and the owner was really nice and very helpful.

Very close to railway line with trains running during the night.

It is very nice, clean and pleasant.Someone with a bit of style and good taste decorated the rooms which are spacious and very comfortable.
