    rooms could do with a bit of a makeover as they seem realy dated.and its a bit of a pain if you travel by car because the hotel dosent have a car park and if you park in the north beach car park about 250 yds from the hotel you have to renew your ticket by 9 am every morning so no relaxing lie in

    The staff were very friendly and helpfull, always on hand if you needed anything. The Hotel had a very freindly atmosphere and was very clean throughout.

    Very friendly welcome. Liked the location of the hotel - it was outside of the centre but within easy walking distance and close to the North Beach. Good breakfast with fast service. Very clean.

    Room was a bit run down with wallpaper peeling off the wall. Lack of car parking facilities.

    The manager was extremely welcoming and made us feel at home. We were grateful to be able to leave our luggage until the afternoon train was due.

    We were sorry the hotel did not have lunch or dinner as the chef was away. But we were provided with a good breakfast.

    Very friendly welcome. Large comfortable bed and a very good location.

    The road at the front of the hotel was a little noisy.

    Lovely couple whi where running the hotel. We really enjoyed our night in Tenby.

    We wanted a double bed but only had a twin room. Not enough milk to have more than one cup of tea.

    Clean and tidy accomodation throughout, helpful staff and management, nothing seemed too much trouble. Beer was good, food was hot and came in good portions which defeated me twice. Very friendly atmosphere, we were made to feel very welcome from the off and will definately stay at the Albany when next in the area.

    the people that own and run the hotel were very friendly and couldn't do more to help.Food was also very good.

    Excellent location as very central, excellent hospitality and good breakfast.

    The bathroom should have had a shower and the bed needed a new mattress.

    The room was clean and the staff were enthusiastic energetic and obliging.

    Dark and dingey corridors. Very small room and shower with Pine cladding!! No view to speak of. Breakfast was average,better on the second morning

    The owners of the hotel could not have been more friendly, accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed Tenby so much we decided to stay an additional night!

    The best thing was its location. Literally a couple of minutes walk from the sea

    No parking. Had to put car in local car park approx 2-3 mins walk away which is fine, but you cant keep your eye on it.
