    Staff were very helpful, the room was clean. Ample parking. Restaurant next door serving decent food.Wifi available.

    The room stank of stale cigarettes. The window catch was broken. The single plug socket worked when it felt like it. Every time someone walked along the corridor it sounded like a herd of elephants. It felt like we were staying in a caravan.

    "I was appalled at this hotel. I have never stayed anywhere like this in my life and would never stay there again. It was awful!!! The staff though friendly were poorly trained and had no customer service skills. The hotel itself is shabby and the lack of toliet/shower facilities in the room was unbelievable. If it was not so late in the evening when we arrived, I would have gone to another hotel regardless of the cost." (107806210)

    staff were extremely helpful and patient especially when dealing with drunken guests at 3am. good location

    we weren't aware the rooms were not ensuite.

    Where do I start? Room was dirty, sink was filthy, no soap, TV socket was broken, and hotel very noisy.

    The Hotel was as expected within the price range paid

    The Hotel had no record of my on-line booking!! Fortunately they still had rooms available to be able to stay.

    Parking, shower, quiet,

    Smell of cigarette smoke in corridors. Room carpet had not been vacuumed prior to arrival. Unable to unlock doors without asking a receptionist. So one of us always had to stay in the room to avoid having to do this.

    This is a cheap hotel clean bedding and towels

    room was grubby had not been vacuumed in months and it had a fluff and who know what else around the outside of the carpet. It looked dirty :( Lock ondoor broken needed to be let in romm each time I left.

    Although I realise that this was a budget hotel just about every standard was way below what I expected. On arrival there was no receptionist who I later found outside smoking, on asking if I could check in i was told to wait whilst he finished his cigarette. There were no working locks on any of the door meaning I had to find the receptionist everytime I wanted to get back into my room, as all the looks weren't work the recptionist was rarely available. The rooms were dirty and may of the fictures and fittings were broken or vandalised, making the hotel resemble an institute for troubled teens rather than a hotel. The televison wasn't working The window didn't shut properly Although I understand that the hotel was limited to what it could do other guest were making noise throughout the night until 7am in the morning which resulted in me having about 1 hours sleep.

    Price and helpfulness of staff

    The security system had broken down, so the only way to gain access to my room was someone from reception opening the door for me. Since there were no en-suite facilities this was a major inconvenience. The room looked a bit run-down.

    Awful experianbce, hotel took payment from my card despite being told they were being paid cash, as a result i was overdrawn with bank. Unhelpfull staff.

    decoration and quality of furniture

    very heavy room's door. the door of my room, its supports are loose and making noise every time the door's opened and closed. Very noisy because the toilet's out side, we have to go back and forth.
