    Excellent speedy check-in, very good room service. Lady in the morning was very efficient in getting all the guests to their trerminals despite the length of the queue.

    Staff very attentive and helpful.

    We did have to wait a while for the meal but the bar area was very busy. There seemed to be a problem with communnication from the kitchen about when food would be ready. The waiter handled the situation as professionally as he could.

    "For the name of the hotel - Hilton, we feel that the overall experience was fair and there is room for improvement especially in relation to the information provided on the internet which was inaccurate. The internet site needs to be updated!" (97297182)

    Staff were friendly and courteous

    Internet site indicated swimming pool/sauna available BUT this was not accurate, extremely expensive in terms of food with little value for money, room was very basic in amenities for the price. Checked in as a couple BUT only the hotel only provided one dresing gown and set of bedroom slippers.

    very good staff,

    very poorvalue for money, would not take my cash line card for peyment, so i had to go over to the air port and look for cash point,
