    "Very enjoyable experience and would gladly return." (108193602)

    Room decor was contemporary and beautifully done. All fittings and finishing were fresh and new. Attention to detail was evident. Candle in bathroom for candle-lit experience!!Bed was comfortable too.

    None with regard to accommodation. We didn't sample the restaurant so cannot comment on this.

    "We had a great time and were made to feel at home. The breakfast was lovely - plenty of choice and fresh. A bowl of fresh fruit was available for guests to pick at through the day which was a nice touch. The staff were very good, always on hand and offering assistance. I would certainly stay again if I was in the area." (107529317)

    The staff were very friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.

    The only minor quibble would be that the restaurant didn't open until about 7pm and no other food seemed to be available. We were going to a concert so needed to get something to eat around 5 - 6pm. The Italian restaurant next door was open in the afternoon (owned by the same people) so we were able to get something to eat but a choice other than pizza or pasta would have been good.

    "We are in process of booking family birthday weekend for larger party in the summer at the hotel using the private dining facility. Will then make full use of games and lounge with honesty bar which will be perfect for all getting together. " (107772647)

    Very welcoming and cosy. Staff friendly and helpful. Food fantastic and great that owners have pizzeria next door for take aways delivered to you!

    room loverly, clean and fresh no smells,breakfast very nice,staff very nice they remembered you everytime and whatever we had asked previously,attention to detail was excellent

    back ground music of any kind in front bar and snug is needed also snug not comfy at all needed a more relaxed sofas, evening meal was overpriced on a lot of items the steak was the best value,wine well over priced people would drink and order more if resonable priced,bedroom cold at times and until we mentioned how would we dry wet clothes then heating went on which could be on anyway as all radiators are locally controlled.

    Staff at hotel were very helpful at dealing with request regarding some medicine that needed to be refrigerated.

    Nothing serious. One one day the room wasn't completely checked (short of face cloths in bathroom).

    "Wondeful experience that I survived by sliding along in the bathroom with a wife to hold on to. The food was yummy. The toast and bread, well just brilliant. Any deals?" (108094094)

    Atmospheric with modern facilities ad high quality food and wine.

    As a disabled individual I found the total lack of any kind of spport rail in the bathroom very dangerous as the wonderful stone tiled floor became slippery when wet.

    Spotless, excellent staff - nothing at all was too much trouble Bedroom had everything you needed very comfortable- totaly home from home, fab bathroom large bath and shower. Excellent choice for breakfast
