    my bed was appalling and needed to be replaced. the mattress was so uncomfortable i kept rolling out as it was broken..

    Lovely helpful staff, especially room service

    Only one slight criticism. Breakfast scrambled egg was very dry and tasteless, however that may be due to the transportation time involved in room service?

    Easy to book on line, easy to phone to check that I had made the right booking. Easy to find the hotel. Easy check. Room was easy to find. Staff really helpfull. The dinner was really nice. Breakfast was nice too. The venue we were visiting (LG ARENA) was just a little walk from the hotel.

    None that I can think of. Car park was a bit hard to get out of at the end of the stay, not enough signs for the exit. But that is nit picking. We got out in the end.

    Breakfast for so many guests was amazing - the queue was moved very quickly and the food was continually brought in and nice and fresh. All the staff at all levels were friendly and helpful. Nice and close to the LG arena. Early booking preferential rate was really good value.

    The shower was not working properly the water was scolding hot and could not be turned to cold, the view over roof was not pleasant, when we went to book some spa treatment we were told that there was no one working that day so none were on offer,

    Comfortable room

    I've stayed in many quality hotels all over the world and have never seen food and beverage prices so high, verging on the criminal!! £14 for fish and chips at the bar and drinks equally as expensive! Rest assured I will not stay at the hotel again

    Size of room very good - and end of corridor room. Everything else very good, although we didn't try any restaurants.

    Smokers outside our first floor window, which I would have liked to open. Some Hilton hotels offer a complimentary upgrade as my husband is an honours member, but this was not suggested. Breakfast could have been included. A shuttle bus to the exhibition halls would have been a nice touch.

    Excellent friendly staff throughout hotel.Food was very good both evening and breakfast

    The Hotel pool was very dirty and had visual evidence of Algae and Mould both inside and outside the pool.This could be considered as a health hazard.I would question the water testing techniques and the application of chlorine in the water (not Enough)

    Some of your staff are very good in deed.

    The receptionist booking me on the Saturday morning in gave information that was inaccurate, was not helpful and seemed to have an attitude where doing the very minimum would be ok. However the concierge was very good as was the receptionist who completed my account for me. The room had no face towels and the light fitting above the sink in the bathroom (on the left of three or four) set into the recessed ceiling was loose and steam could have entered the unit, also the extractor fan did not appear to be working. The note pad had only four sheets of paper left, but we did have pens. The staff in your buffet style restaurant (between the reception and pool on the right, just after the shop) kept my wife and I standing waiting to be looked after on the Saturday night for more than 5 minutes. All they had to do is show us to a table and there were many free, however that did not happen. Considering there were three or four staff in the desk area of the restaurant at that time and only one couple were speaking to the desk staff, this was very poor. We quietly walked out and ate in the main bar, eventually. Had we been in the city we would not have eaten with you.

    Staff and service were excellent.

    Prices within the hotel for food and beverages is unrealistic. Where we'd have liked to spend some time in the bar after the event, all bring food and drinks to have in the rooms. The hotel is loosing out on valueable revenue.

    Hotel was fantastic, all members of staff we met were very friendly,polite and very helpful.The room was fantastic and clean and in particular the bed was really comfortable and fresh.     Staff very helpful. Room decor pleasant and modern. Lifts quick. Special winter break price very attractive. Well signposted to/from NEC by car or foot. Late checkout of 2PM available when requested and non-smoking room.

    One overbed light damaged. An extra wallmounted handle in the bath would be useful to help getting up from the (long but rather narrow and shallow) bathtub. Tea and coffe making facilities were hidden away. Internet rates exhorbitant and restauarnt too expensive. Pub closed without notice as hotel not very full. There should be shuttles to/from the NEC halls. Parking was discounted but should be free if staying. Pool not as clean as it might be. No black pudding at breakfast.

    Large, indoor pool.

    Room temperature was VERY hot despite air conditioner/heater controller, which seemed ineffective, so I had to open the balcony door in a damp/chilly March. Temperature in the public areas was also hot: such a waste of energy.

    Helpful guest services manager - she upgraded us to a junior suite after they messed up our reservation and managed to book a twin room for our romantic birthday break! Sadly their idea of a junior suite was any other hotels "deeply average room"

    Breakfast was stone cold every flipping day - really no excuse for it, aircon very noisy, bed horrendously uncomfortable, most of the staff very unhelpful, incredibly stressed and very pompous, one entire end of the hotel stank of chlorine from the pool, room decor very old-fashioned and 1980's flowery, shower faulty and no maintainance men in sight. My partners birthday weekend a complete washout!

    The Hotel was clean

    No help with parking, only 2 people at reception, many people waiting. Given a single room, had paid for double room. Single room had interconnecting doors so could hear everything next door! Bar food was second rate, appeared re heated, and very very expensive: glass of wine and hamburger and chips £24!!!

    the horrible loud noise emitting from the industrial plant outside my window. The distance I had to walk to the lobby B lift and then to my room. The fact that I had no control over the heating in my room added to the fact that I could not open the window because of the noise.

    Room heating couldn't be turned off - far far too hot.... Paying for Car Parking is outrageous. Car damaged in car park albeit by another "guest" I assume

    Reception checked us into a twin room when we had booked a double! Drink prices very high - we paid £1.90 for a shot of lemonade in whisky! Room was dusty in places. Pre-concert food in Millers Bar poor!

    only one thing spoiled my stay i am dissabled and i was charged £7 a night to park my car i feel this is discrimination against me hense i wont stay in this hotel again . at the same location i have stayed at other hotels with no charge charge .

    Room excellent. Cleaning and reception staff excellent. Close to venue so served purpose of the trip.

    The service at breakfast was appalling. We had to stand and queue for 45 minutes to get into the restaurant where breakfast was being "served", whilst all the time we could see at least half a dozen tables standing empty and not being laid up ready for the queuing guests. When complaints were made to the duty manager about the appalling lack of organisation being shown, the response was simply that everyone had turned up for breakfast at the same time! Surely, 9a.m. on a Saturday morning, this should have been highly predictable. This delay really did start us off both late and bad tempered for the rest of our day, and was quite unacceptable when paying the sort of rates we were paying to stay at a supposedly top quality hotel.

    Easy to book on internet; the promptitude of the check-in service

    The room was not what we booked; the room did not have bathrobes, slipers, shoe polish; the facilities offered by HHonour card were not offered (like Executive Lounge access); the service in the luxury restaurant was very poor.

    Room was in major need of repair. There was black mould on the bathroom tiles and green limescale in the bath. The carpet was held to the floor with brown tape and the bed was wonky

    The room was comfortable and I liked having 4 pillows on the bed when normally it is only 1 pillow per person. The thickness of the towels was good too.

    I was asked to produce my credit card when checking in 'to check I could afford to pay the bill' I resented the comment. It could've been phrased differently. The food and wine was overpriced.

    Internet booking: good. Change of booking (by phone): excellent and very helpful

    Hotel room rate is grossly overpriced; drinks very expensive (£4.10 for a pint of ordinary lager!). But then, there's little choice at the NEC so you pay near-monopoly prices.
