    "It was a fairly ok stay. the hotel is a bit hard to find as putting the address and postcode into sat nav brings you in to a housing estate near a prison.... The hotel is only really signposted after it is already in view..." (107940315)

    The best point about the hotel was the genuine helpfulness of the staff, in particular a chap named Will who did his best to meet all guest's needs and requirements. The hotel also provided early breakfast [from 5.30am] to cater for the rally participants and also continued their evening menu until 1am [from 11pm] to fit into the rally programme.

    The hotel was very busy due to the ulster car rally and check in was quite delayed and the luggage room was full so, as we had to go away and come back later, we had to repack the luggage in the car. There seemed to be some permanent problem with the bathroom in our room [004]. The smell was quite horrendous and there seemed to be a leak behind the toilet pedestal. There should be some sort of alarm put on the external fire doors on the ground floor. I was quite annoyed by the number of times one door in particular was left propped open with a fire extinguisher, especially at night. It didn't bode well for security. As this was being done by guests it could be helpful for staff if there was some sort of alert activated to bring to their attention when the fire door has been opened.

    Staff were mostly helpful. Rooms were a good size and reasonably clean.

    Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Items ran out quickly and took ages to be replaced.

    Our stay was enjoyable. Rooms were very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

    No meal facilities in restaurant in the evening due to there being no chef available.

    "As a family, we stayed in two twin rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms spotless. I do believe that in the 21st century all hotels should provide free wireless internet as it costs hotels the same whether 10 people or no one is using it at any given time, and the monthly cost of providing it is not excessive - a tiny fraction of any hotel's income."     "I normally stay with Premier Travel Inn - however due to route of my visits in NI I chose this hotel for convenience - to be honest I would probably rather travel further & stay at a PR TR INN. The cost is similar but the quality of stay/food & overall service is miles apart. As a lone female traveller I feel that PTI give me a better all round stay. I am unsure if I would stay at this hotel again." (107637941)

    Check in process - staff were covering check in/bar duties & taking orders for meals all at the same time. Two young girls - rather disorganised as there was a football match on & bar was obviously busy. Felt the large dining area lacked atmosphere - just a large hall with tables and chairs. Food was average & breakfast the toaster was hopeless with the bread squashed to thin slices.

    "We shall definitey be back..... at least 4-6 times a year, as the location is an ideal halfway between our home in the Scottish Highlands and our son's home in Co Clare. For like travellers it is located very conveniently near Irish Sea the ferries. I must say it's wonderfully relaxing not to have to beaver about the hotel looking for solutions to problems as there was none of the latter." (107271070)

    Swift, courteous, efficient, quiet.

    The web directions for getting to the hotel are wrong. Coming off the motorway, it is the second roundabout, just after the Junction 1 Shopping Centre driving towards the town, taking the 3rd exit. Further, best somehow to make it clear that the title on the building is dominated by the word 'Express' and that 'Holiday Inn' takes a secondary position.

    Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. The shower was excellent.

    The only bad point was that when we booked it wasn't clear when we entered the card details whether any money would be taken.

    Well insulated, quiet,spotless & stylish room. Staff polite & friendly. Good breakfast.

    Smoking area outside was too near the entrance, untidy and smelly. Off-putting on arrival.

    Staff very helpful overall particularly the night staff who tried to assist with the Internet problems. They were equally frustrated by the system at the end.

    No connection to Internet at all- OK you have glitches with the new system and no one had a clear idea of what the code number was (given three answers by three staff members) but nothing worked no matter what was tried Could not get laptop to connect in the lobby so at 12.30 in the morning gave up. In the morning to add insult to injury the TV failed as well although it had worked the previous evening!!

    The staff where friendly and very helpful.

    I asked for towels to shower at 6pm and by 11pm had still not recieved them. I phoned reception to remind them and was then given hand towels instead of bath towels.

    Inconsiderate neighbours in adjoining room...TV on til late, loud talking, left an alarm going off for hour in morning. When hotel is not fully booked could consider leaving a room empty between occupied rooms.

    The accommadation in Antrim was excelent and the staff made us very welcome, and the meals were very very good, it will be my first call when working in Belfast again.

    Price of the bar as in Beer and Spirits.

    The room was very clean and the shower and bathroom were excellent. The self service breakfast and choice of foods was excellent. Compliments to the chef.

    There was no wardrobe as such for the amount of clothes we had taken due to staying for 4 nights. At night the heating kept coming on but we were unable to open the window due to road noise.

    New, clean, very good location, easy to find, excellent breakfast, very good value, good parking, near shopping centre

    Nothing significant, but would have liked a stronger shower. One small bedside locker, which had a phone on it, was a bit too small for 2 people.
