Great decor, nice big room, very good staff on reception and at breakfast time. Good atmosphere in Restaurant and at bar.
No choice of wholemeal bread at breakfast. No water and poor selection of continental style foods. Evening menu wasn't very detailed and perhaps would have benifited from being more extensive. Too much food in main course which didn't necessarily go together well. A bit worrying that the restaurant closes at 9!

Outlook from all directions very industrial but very close to all town amenities.

"Overall a very nice hotel, value for money, following our complaint regarding the bathroom trash, the receptionist was very sincere in her apology." (108915266)
Very nice comfortable spacious room, good breakfast, helpful staff.
Upon arrival - Receptionist was busy, and did not acknowledge our arrival, trash had not been emptied from bathroom.

"The hotel is beautiful and the evening meal was excellent. You let yourselves down on the staff you employ in the restaurant. One was picking her nose in the evening and another biting their nails - seen and ignored by the manager. The breakfast staff were also uncooperative. They brought out 2 slices of toast for the 2 of us and couldn't provide more." (107654450)
Room was much larger than anticipated and facilities in the room were very good
We were initially given a room which hadn't been serviced, despite arriving at 2.35. We were then given another room which the cleaning staff were coming out of when we got there. Also, we couldn't get any of the things listed on the breakfast menu as the buffet breakfast was there and, although hot, was no where near the full solution.

"We had a pleasant stay and we felt the Hotel was good value for money." (107576630)
The hotel had a very pleasant, friendly atmosphere and the food was excellent (both restaurant and bar meals). The staff were very obliging.
The music in the restaurant was loud (both in the evening and at breakfast) but when I requested it be turned down - it was - straight away. We had come to visit family that we hadn't seen in a while and wanted to chat.

Very pleasant atmosphere, good entertainment.
Food was really good the first night. The second the lamb was undercooked and very fatty, it was taken back to the kitchen to cook more, but any chef looking at how fatty this peice was should have changed it, it was a terrible dinner.

The menu in the dining room was variable and the food was extremely tasty and portions large. The staff at all levels were extremely helpfull. The supersized bed was a joy to roam about in during the night. No falling out !!!!!

Size of the room and the large bed. Good powerful shower. Breakfast.
Bulbs missing in some of the lights, the TV had very poor reception and only showed 4 of the numerous channels advertised.

The hotel was of an excelant standard, and value for money, very clean and quiet given its location next to a main road, good parking and helpfull staff. Breakfast was Buffet Style with plenty of choice, and all inclusive with the cost of the room, so very good value for the Business person.

"me gusto mucho el hotel blanco,relizabamos mi mujer y yo,un acompañamiento a un grupo de rugby,la verdad ahora que ya termino la gira.puedo ebaluar con segurida de no equivocarme,que el hotel blanco brindo sus intalaciones adecuadamente.dando buena comida,buen descanzo,y sala de reunion.cosas que no encontramos en el resto de la gira por londres." We received a very warm welcome when we arrived and the staff could not do more to make our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent - again the staff were most obliging. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. We would stay here again.
