It was very clean and the staff were lovely and friendly. The four poster bedroom was georgeous.

"The whole experience of staying there was great. I would recommend it people. It was very easy to find, and very close to the shops. It took about 10 mins to reach the edge of Chester town which was great because if i had drove it would have took longer due to the bridge being out of use. The woman who ran it is really friendly, and made us feel really welcome." (97833042)
The room was spacious, and the breakfast in the morings was great. The woman who ran the hotel was really friendly and i would be happy to go back again.
I can say that there was nothing that i didnt like about the hotel. My car was parked over the road so i could see it to give me peace of mind.

"I feel this hotel is a in poor standard of repair. There was no hot water in the en-suite basin, there may been, but after running the tap for 2 minutes the guilt of wasting water set in, and I give up waiting. the door was very difficult to lock, because the lock was too close to the wall, which meant you jammed your knuckles trying to lock the door.The bed was very old and sagged badly in the middle.The bannister rail was quite dangerous, as it ran in the wall halfway down which caught your fingers. The breakfast was just about adequate." (97725411)

Exceptional service! Was a great pleasure to stay at Hamilton Court. It was my hen party and I was treated as a very special guest.
Shower did not work in my room.

The warm, friendly reception, quiet 'non-corporate' feel to the establishment. A very pleasant place to stay.
Not knowing where to park on arrival, so having to park dodgily on street first and then move to the carpark opposite. Parking directions on reservaton would have been helpful.

the staff and owner where very friendly, we had access to the bar and could help ourselves and were trusted obviously we had to pay but one would never abuse the services of such a friendly guesthouse.
unfortunately I was kept awake for some time due to the room next door no ones fault but could clearly hear the covortings of other room and was very embarrassing due to having a 7 year old child in the room . nothing that could have been done, but maybe should look at the noise pollution obviously due to thin walls. no other problems.
