    The main building was beautiful, the staff within it were excellent. The breakfast was very good!

    The room was dump and not at all representative of the pictures on the internet. The shower/toilet was ridiculous, the shower did not drain therefore we were left with a huge puddle with which to complete our morning routine. I found from the staff that there were other rooms available that were of higher quality yet this information was not made available to me at the time of the booking.

    Receptionist on Booking in was very good

    Dirty towel had to be changed; shower flow and control poor; shower drain dirty/rusty-not pleasant; breakfast room staff started to remove buffet "selection" immeediately "finish time" was reached(9am) while guests were still eating.

    "Good clean accommodation with Tea making facility in room. Accommodation was more like student place, but this is reflected in the price." (107892538)

    Room was clean and adequate for purpose, staff were friendly,was set in lovely grounds. Tea making facilities in rooms. Good locale.

    "In general the room was ok. We ate in their resturant and the food was excelllent. " (99194913)

    It was easy to navigate to other areas.

    Light bulbs were burned out, and curtains were broken and wouldn't shut all the way. Location was good but not much in Dundee, very industrial

    nice modern room, large desk to work on, clean and efficiently designed, good staff

    no elevator (max 3 floors), very basic bathroom in our room (shower only, no bathtub), no free internet (wifi available at certain locations at additional cost)

    "the hotel grounds were lovely but i dont think i would book this hotel again, the room was very small with a ridiculous wet room for a shower room which left you cold and your feet soaking wet when leaving the bathroom going into the bedroom., overall feeling was this double room was really only suitable for a single person."     Convenient , speedy online booking

    Difficulty contacting accomodation by telephone. but online booking service made up for this shortfall

    The receptionist typified my experience - really pleasant, nothing too much trouble, and genuinely interested in making my day.

    The remote control on the telly didnt work.
