    "Asked for a quiet room in advance and got a very quiet room - thank you. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay due to location and hotel in general. Will be back." (108676859)

    Cleanliness; location; amenities; facilities.

    Length of time taken by reception to answer room telephone. TV refused to work on third night and no replacement was offered. Very expensive breakfast - £16.50 is extortionate when there are dozens of cafes in the vicinity!

    Clean, friendly and well situated

    Check in staff do not have an understanding of credit card operations. They managed to lock mine so that I could not use it and then told me that it was not acceptable and that I would have to use another one!

    "did not have the feeling of being in a radisson" (107423698)

    lift poorly signed from car park. no one to help with luggage. info on carpark charge not clear. hospitality at the checkin desk was average. room provided was twin even though i requested a double bed room,the twin bed room was "converted" into a double bed by bringing both beds together and the provision of a double duvet. it left the feeling of a bad back having slept large part of the night on the gap between the joined beds.

    hotel staff very helpfull

    the overall temperature in the reception and dining area was very cold (a large gas heater blowing out heat in the reception didnt look very good and only heated the area local to the heater)

    staff very friendly and helpful. any requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently

    General corridor carpets very stained, reflected badly on overall impression. Also dust on skirting boards around room. Only two very thin pillows on bed, had to request more. It was a first wedding anniversary weekend away and The Radisson was booked for its generally good reputation.

    Clean room and ensuite,very comfortable bed. Excellent variety at breakfast,efficient breakfast staff.

    While checking in,there was confusion over whether breakfast was included,and after checking, this was confirmed. The room we were allocated was very cold, with a fault in the heating system. This was reported and we were given another room, which was satisfactory.

    Handy location with good sized rooms

    Not as clean as I would have expected frm this chain. Trouser press was so dusty it ruined my trousers! Headboard of bed very dusty too.

    Stylish hotel / location excellent / considerate staff.

    2 inch of water on floor at bottom of rear carpark stairway to reception. also the water looked contaminated! My parteners feet got wet as she was only wearing sandles!

    Rooms are of a good size and the location is superb!

    Staff service could be better, the cleanliness also. The price is high and therefore one should expect the best. The hair dryer was not working and other bits and pieces could do with some maintainance

    Pool was too hot and too small. Sauna door broken and therefore it was too cold inside.

    Early check-in was ideal with plenty of staff on hand in a busy reception. The room presentation was lovely, warm & classy.

    The room oppisite ours had a tray with half eaten food on it left outside it for most of saturday. The pool attendant 'disappeared' sunday about tea-time & quite a few guests where waiting a good while until one of the guests went & got another member of staff. A mixed sauna accessed from the pool area would be a better idea.
