Excellent breakfast. Lovely bedroom. Nice decor. Friendly staff.
Shower cubicle was a bit cramped and could not stop shower dripping. Some mould in cubicle.

Very friendly owners/staff, spacious room, good bed and good shower, clean, nice Full English breakfast, no problems with parking the car, quiet but comparatively central location.

"I am a fussy person when it comes to hotels but I would thoroughly recommend this one. There are excellent online reviews for this hotel and in the hotel's dining room there are countless 'thank you' cards from other happy travellers which speak for themselves. " (107812549)
We stayed in the superior double room with ensuite which has a double bed and a single bed. It is a spotlessly clean hotel, breakfast is cooked to order: using some locally sourced produce, fairtrade coffee, and a vegetarian choice too, and nothing is too much trouble. There is attention to every detail and you are made to feel very welcome. There is a small bar menu for an evening snack such as jacket potatoes, and the bar is open early evening only (not Sundays) but you can use the room for sitting and reading. There are many restaurants in walking distance and a small supermarket at the end of the road. There are a few parking spaces (you are given a parking permit)provided in front of the hotel which seemed to be enough as we always managed to park there.
If I really had to search for a bad point it would be that the ensuite door glided rather than shut and left a gap when closed. I'm sure this is a space problem but it reduced privacy. However it is such a small point and we just accepted it.

Very clean. Bar and breakfast area very nice. Breakfast very good. Generally nice and quiet.
Standard of fittings in en-suite was a bit dated. Shower affected by water supply and not very powerful. Squeaky floor boards!

The hotel was extremely clean and well decorated. The breakfasts were freshly cooked and nothing was too bother for the owners.

I would certainly recommend the hotel and already have - so I hope they take up chance for a visit. The situation of the hotel makes the town very accessible. The welcome feel the minute you walked into the hotel. The comfort and cleaniness of the rooms and the decor. Excellent breakfast and service.

"We all agreed that it was a good hotel. Good location for seafront for pre breakfast walks as well as for the Bournemouth Iinternational Convention Centre where our Christian Convention was being held and just a 5 minute walk downhill. Also near to cafes and the main shopping centre, about 15 minute walk " (97716266)

The owner/staff were so friendly, couldn't do enough for their guests. Room was very clean & tidy, nicely decorated. Great fresh choice of food served for breakfast.

El desayuno era correcto y bastante bueno. El personal es agradable. La habitación estaba limpia y bien situada. Eso si, un poco carillo.

1. Noise nuisnace, particularly at night when other guests were in and out of their rooms, doors and floor boards creaking, could hear guests talikng in their rooms, could hear guets using toilet/bathroom facilities.. 2. Staff member serving breakfast spoke to me in a rude manner in presence of other guests.
