  Good breakfast, staff not very cheery.

  Room very small. Dining room hot in the evening - we ate elsewhere.

  Excellent breakfast and a dinner at £16.00 was good value (for a hotel restaurant).

  Hmmmm struggling to think of any!!

  Towels and Bed Linen weren't changed Breakfast was poor quality My room was right above the function suite and was not warned of this - parties both nights I was there!!

  Bathroom was in good order and clean, good TV, free Internet, restaurant available (although I did not use it)inclusive breakfast, ample free off road parking

  Room was lovely and warm, bed comfortable, staff warm and friendly

  Took me a little while to find hair dryer (in drawer) No info in room about number for reception/room service etc. Reception not easy to see when driving in. Sign obscured by bushes

  "adequate for buissness stay but would not recommend for leisure break" (107173734)

  Staff were helpful and friendly

  rooms and facilities were not of standard expected for hotel of this price. Poor showering facilities, not enough variety of evening meals

  "Very nice would recommnend" (107172414)

  Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff Good, comfortable accomodation and lovely hotel and grounds

  The shower was an old fashioned mixer tap from the bath which was hard to control. I burnt myself on the hot water one minute and then the water was very cold the next. Also the heavy tap was not fixed on properly and kept falling off into the bath. I did advise the staff about the tap in the morning.

  The bad points have already been listed and handed in at reception on 21st August. Basically the points were to do with 1) the dirt in the shower 2) the poor maintenance in the room 3) the mixture of non-vegetarian food and vegetarian food on the same plate at the breakfast buffet and 4) VERY IMPORTANT getting an early morning (5 a.m.) wake-up call which had not been requested

  "Spoiled by the fact that it was not one of the refurbished rooms it mentioned on the internet and the lack of sleep due to people attending a wedding staying at the hotel being extremely noisy. Thought the whole experience was substandard and I could have had better accommodation at a Travel Lodge/Inn." (108052576)

  The flat screen TV. The nice Reception, sitting room/bar area were very pleasant

  The room was small, stuffy, smelt stale and damp thanks to all the foliage outside the window, the room overlook the rubbish area, the radiator was broken, the shower did not work properly and the wardrobe doors only opened when lifting them.

  "Excellent stay in this hotel, and would recommend it to others - and thats what all businesses want." (97723301)

  The value for money for the night was excellent. The bar staff were fantastic and very helpful and friendly. The staff in the morning at breakfast were first class.

  We booked a "Dinner bed and breakfast", however, were not told that the allocation towards the meal for each of us was £20. I know another couple were in the same situation. The check in process should have covered this.
