    "The staff always try their very best for you, but you have to keep on top of them. Have never eaten in the restaurant so can't comment on that one. Food looks good, but....!?" (108222186)

    Having stayed here for many years, we find that the hotel is very 'convenient' for us, but it has had it's "ups and downs". Overall it's good value for money. It is a budget hotel after all!

    Check out the bathroom first thing! Sometimes the shower curtain needs to be replaced because of ...."smells"! They do seem to get through a lot of staff, especially managers! You cannot charge your bar drinks to your room # So have plenty of cash. Charges per drink are a bit high.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable. I ate in the restaurant and both food and wine were of very good qualiy and price. I had the continental which had a good range of fruit juice, cereals including porridge, croissants bread and muffins on an "all you can eat" basis.

    I was unable to book through website and had to use another site.

    We have stayed in Premier Inn for the first time after its name change. I was a excellent hotel.

    The staff didn't know about my booking through active hotels.

    Fabulous customer service from all staff we encountered throughout our stay.

    check in was a little longwinded but accceptable. The side panel of the bath had the bottom poking out and was jagged i felt this could have been a hazard to my young children.

    Very clean room and comfy

    Very hard to find,we got lost and went to a different premier inn in Crawley,although the staff were very friendly and helpful and pointed us in the right direction.At the check in desk,the gentleman behind the desk was very nice and friendly but did point out that we had booked a family room but there was 3 adults and said under health and safety we wasn't suppose to sleep 3 adults in a room.I don't see what difference it makes between adults and children so he had to ask his supervisor who i found not very professional at all but did let us stay in the room as it was nearly 10.30pm and we had travelled 3 and a half hours.I think it needs to be made a lot clearer when booking or having rooms that up tp 4 adults can sleep.

    "We were very pleased with whole experience. We arrived late after a flight and were very tired. Your receptionist Sendar (I think that was his name) was very pleasant and checked us in quickly. He gave us information about getting meals and drinks and was great. The restaurant staff were also very good at breakfast the next day. On the whole it is the best premier travel in we have stayed in." (97803178)

    The room was nice and large with all facilities that I need as a business traveller. The bed was very comfortable

    The room was very comfortable, the double bed with cotton sheets and down pillows excellent especially in a single room, much appreciated.

    The smell of smoke either from the room itself or near by rooms, I asked for non-smoking. Annoyed with the call which was a reminder to pay my breakfast bill, this could have been requested when I checked out and not when I was asleep!
