  Excellent restaurant

  Poor Parking and to much noise as room was next to kitchens.

  "Had a good stay it’s a really nice area and the food in the restaurant is top quality. Just a shame about the shower but the food made up for it!" (108391768)

  Staff were friendly. Hotel was nice and clean. The restaurant was excellent.

  Our shower was jammed on hot (really really hot). Quite dangerous and not very useful! Staff offered to let us shower in another room but by this point we needed to get going.

  Pleasant staff, very nice, clean and warm room,very clean bathroom,enjoyable variety of soap and lotions.

  no telephone link to reception area in the restaurant,difficult to find despite sat nav.limited parking area.

  Big room; nice 4 poster bed; good shower; lovely toiletries

  TV didn't work very well; easily disturbed by next door room; loud downstairs whilst restaurant closing up; no cooked breakfast

  Clean and tidy room and bathroom. Staff very helpful and friendly.

  Car parking very tight. I scraped my hire car on a car that was parked alongside the fence. I had asked for the owner of the car to leave the restaurant and move the car but a male member of the staff came out and guided me out of the car park past the vehicle. I had to do the same again the following morning as i was leaving. It was not until a member of my family pointed it out that i noticed the scratches on the wheel arch. I may have to pay the excess which is £550! I am a full time student and cannnot afford to do this, i am very annoyed that the staff would not ask the customer to move his car. Lamp in bedroom very dusty. Noise from slamming door downstairs very annoying.

  "Comfortable, but some noise issues! " (108074670)

  Ideally located, room was of adequate size for 1-3 nights stay, very nicely decorated and clean. Complimentary items were more than sufficient including a large bottle of spring water. The breakfast hamper was a thoughtful touch and was much appreciated, a good start to the day!

  Noise from staff quarters which were next to our room, in particular door slamming. Automatic closing door at base of stairs would make the floor shake everytime anyone entered or left the building!

  The room was very nice just the bedspread was a little dirty and was a surprise considering the quality and room furnishings (very nice).

  In the area of the building where I stayed, I could hear the occupants in the other rooms i.e. if they opened a door, used a power outlet. This is my only complaint. On the upside, Savoro does not have so many rooms so when it was time to sleep it was fine. Otherwise, it was very nice and a very high standard compared to most hotels in London i.e. if you are not paying £300/night.
