  "we was over for a wedding and the reception was held at this hotel, it was a beautiful setting and the staff were excellant throughout the day thank you for making it lovely memorable experience" (97141865)

  It was so relaxing, the Spa and Pool were great, the food in Gillies was really good. We both had a great time, a perfect weekend break.

  "we had a wonderful time at the Galgrom, the staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help us. The resort was superb adn we would definately go again." (97326878)

  "The Spa and facilities were outstanding. Surroundings were a perfect balance between relaxed informal and high quality first class service.If we had realised how good the Spa Gym and all the activities - walks horses etc beforehand may have stayed longer! We came to celebrate a wedding which was a stunning occasion - really magical for the bride and groom and wonderful for guests of all ages." (97709281)

  Spacious comfortable well equipped room.Bath filled really quickly which may sound silly but have stayed in plenty where it takes an age! Staff always friendly helpful - nothing was too much trouble

  "The accommodation,food and the grounds were excellent. However, as the sleeping quarters were in a separate building from the function hall, the weddings guests had to walk some distance between the two buildings. Not a very pleasant experience as the weather was cold, wet and windy. Transport should have been laid on by the hotel." (97155028)

  THE ROOM WAS LOVELY AND THE GROUNDS SURROUNDING THE PREMISES WERE WONDERFUL.

  We had to wait for over two hours - until 4pm - before we gained access to our room.

  "If we had known that the Function Room was remote from the Hotel we would not have booked .The toilets in the Great Hall were very smelly and would require regular checking and cleaning" (97786992)

  comfort hotel surroundings

  Bath plug not working, no TV for part of the time and key card kept being canceled.
