    The hotel was very clean, pleasant and had a good environment. The staff were so friendly and very helpfull in anyway possible. Szylvia i think was the manager who greeted and made our stay very welcoming and and pleasant shes a tribute to the organisation and im very impressed with her service and very nice personality, she done more than enough and was so sociable. Her assistant who was a trainee was also so helpfull, i forget her name but she was very polite, helpfull and good at her job.

    Excellent room, spotlessly clean, good decor and lovely bathroom. No road noise dispite closeness to motorway. Good choice of breakfast cereals and pastries etc and bonus of having Lemon Green Tea.

    Not nearly enough tea and coffee sachets in the room but apart from that, nothing else.

    The staff were the best part. They were so friendly wecloming and a down right pleasure to deal with..

    I have not and am very pleased with my stay. That is more than I can say for other hotels I have stayed in

    The kindness and helpfulness of the staff, the facilities and cleanliness of the hotel made for a lovely two day stay. I will most definitely use this hotel again when visiting family for the weekend.

    This is by no means a complaint but perhaps more of a disappointment in that there was not a hot breakfast option, i.e an English breakfast.

    "Good but rooms need to be checked for equipment to ensure equipment is working. Staff need to ensure they give out the correct key." (107163310)

    Social/lounge area very friendly.Breakfast had a wonderful selection.

    Given key to an occupied room and telephone not working had to be replaced. At breakfast a toaster broke which caused a long delay with getting toast. Two toasters wasn't enough for the amount of guests.

    Situation of Hotel close to local amenities. Staff friendly and polite. Breakfast - food good.

    Toliet dirty on arrival. Bottom sheet stained. Shelves very dusty. One morning at breakfast, the cleaner came round and started vacuuming round us. A colleagues had to ask her to stop and return later.

    "No frills hotel value for money I've already filled this in at the hotel on checkout" (97973891)

    Dining room staff excellent especially Pauline ( I think that was the name)

    Although hotel was new room carpets were dirty Cleaner didn't renew tea/coffee items each day Local telephone calls from the room phone were exorbitant

    The fire alarm within the room made a clicking noise every hour; preventing me from getting to sleep. I asked for my room to be changed only to find the same problem. My 3 colleagues experianced the same issue in their rooms.

    "We arrived at the hotel mid afternoon and were immediatly met by the staff who checked us in they were friendly and helpfull giving us all the information that we required. We would have liked an evening meal but there was a good choice of take away menus which we did order from, we ate in the bar and enjoyed our meal. Our room was a twin room it was spacious and clean as was the bathroom which soap for handwashing and showering was supplied also fresh clean towels were supplied. We spent a peacefull quiet evening in the bar and was not diturbed by any noise when we went to bed we would most definatly stay with them again. an excellent expience." (97464046)

    There was plenty of room in the twin bedroom which was clean and tidy with ample space for luggage.the bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean with soap for handwashing and showering supplied. Although there was no evening meal offered there was a range of take away meals available to order which you could eat in the room or in the bar.The staff were friendly and helpfull from check in to check out. It was a most peacefull and relaxing time we would most definately stay with them again.

    It was all excellent. The staff were really great and everything in the room was clean. It was a step up from travel lodges....

    The only thing was when we arrived, we had only been allocated one room instead of two. However, this was quickly resolved.....
