    Arora International at Heathrow was an 'overnight' on the way out to a European holiday and another 'overnight' on the return landing, so proximity to Heathrow - with easy shuttle/transfer - was critical. The hotel was very well situated; the bonus for us was the excellent standard of accommodation, cleanliness and service, hence a perfect choice for the purpose.

    The Hotel was excellent and the service was second too none. I have already recommended this hotel to other friends that are set to fly through Heathrow and need a place to stay over night or for a few days. Staff made you feel very welcomed and never had to wait for service. Highly Recommend this hotel ( Arora International Hotel) Getting to the hotel was very easy and it was a free bus.     general appearance and atmosphere of hotel and standard of room. Sound insulation was very impressive considering how near we were to the runway

    breakfast was a big disappointment. Very poor buffet. I would expect a higher standard than this

    "We had a pleasant stay. Checking in and out were very easy. Staff very efficient and nice. In a good location if you are flying in or out of London. Had a restaurant and bar on location. " (107937773)

    Staff were very helpful and efficient. Room nice size. Very clean. Water pressure good and lots of hot water. We called for extra bedding and it was brought immediately. Staff helped us find tourist attractions close by. Assisted us when we were trying to find our way back to the airport. Airport about 5 min. away by bus.

    Pleasant staff and clean room.

    very poor directions for free bus to hotel from Heathrow terminal 4. It took me 3 hours to get to the hotel from Terminal 4, even though I asked several airport employees for help. Also, the coffee maker did not work at all, so I could not have coffee in the morning before leaving.

    "A very good quality hotel within minutes of the terminals at Heathrow Airport. When compared to hotels of a similar price I consider it to be excellent value." (107489813)

    An excellent hotel so close to Heathrow Airport. Good view of runway but thanks to a very good glazing system even jets taking off could not be heard. A very good quantity of cupboads, drawers and large wardrobe even though on this occasion we did not require them.

    Only one pillow each, extra pillow(s) in the room would be useful. Only one hand towel per couple. Nice food but menu a little lacking in choices available.

    Requested early check-in and type of room was accommodated. Room was attractively furnished and comfortable. Sound-proofing excellent. Could hear no road/flight path noise. Hotel personnel were pleasant.

    Although the hotel is very close to the airport as the crow flies, it actually is a 10 minute ride on a public bus (#U3). There is no timetable posted for the bus. We were told they were every 10 minutes - but on two occasions (one of which was our early morning flight) waited 20mins at the bus stop outside. The alternative of a taxi also did not seem possible; there were none either parked or passing. The hotel has 300 rooms and since it seems that it's purpose is to serve the airport, not sure why it is also not a stop on the "Hotel Hoppa" shuttle route.

    Excellent value for the price that we paid. Very impressed with service, rooms, being able to leave the car for a week, ease of booking out, the closeness of the airport , transport to the airport. It was all a pleasure and stress free. Thank you very much. Will stay again and recommend to all friends. The breakfast was also superb.

    poor check in had no reservation made us wait heating was not working no toiletries in bathroom, when phones reception they were asking for £2 to bring up toilteries which should already be included. charged me for car park without knowing if i was driving to the hotel. so many poor points, would never stay again.

    Quality of the rooms and friendliness of staff. Food quality was very good.

    A little on the expensive side, especially food and drink. I would like to see them offer a more mid-priced option, perhaps a room with slightly less frills. Also the safe I my room did not work!

    So very easy to find and close to Terminals 1 - 3. Car parking was excellent. I found all staff very helpful, and amenities were good.

    Finding my room was tricky on the 3rd floor, up in one lift and then down in another but hey, at almost midnight and very tired I don't think this is really a 'bad point'! Tea coffee making facilities were fine but a cookie or biscuit would be a nice touch.
