    Very nice location and great room. Quiet and staff very helpful.

    A little pricey for the hotel based upon size and what was offered overall.

    the hotel did not have any info about my reservation. My booking confirmation number was totally unknown to their system. I requested to understand why. The personell anyway have solved promptly the situation giving us the rooms. for luck there were rooms available !!!

    "A very pleasant hotel, convenient for where we were going, a lovely room and a very nice comfortable bar area for a nightcap after our evening out. All staff were polite and efficient, including the ladies making the rooms up in the morning who gave a cheerful "good morning", this is often not the case in other hotels." (107458087)

    Lovely modern clean room with an airy feel. The bathroom was well designed and spacious and practical. The whole room was very well designed, looked good and practical with big mirrors and well placed tv. Having spare pillows in the wardrobe was good.

    We didn't eat breakfast in the restaurant as very overpriced, we are not particularly tight-fisted but thought £14 was expensive for breakfast. We paid less for a full roast dinner and dessert in a pub a bit later instead.

    The batteries in the remote for heating unit needed replacing. we called down to the front desk around 2100 hrs asking for replacement , WE ARE STILL WAITING TO GET THEM. I did complain at check out.

    friendly efficient staff on reception. good knowledge of local area and provided useful information to help with finding local attractions

    Bedroom window didn't open so lack of fresh air, air conditioning effective but too noisy and draughty at night.

    New and clean hotel.

    Lots of noise coming from the corridors, shower not very hot or powerful, ordered a double room - got a twin.

    Good clean value for money. Restaurant was surprisingly good.

    Staff were a little bit strange when we were checking in, and they spelt my name incorrectly.

    "Let down by the muddle and wait for the bills in the restaurant on both nights, also by the attitude of SOME of the staff. However the food and embience was very good." (97742415)

    Cheerful waiting staff on first evening

    Bill in restaurant confused and very delayed on both nights. We overlooked this on the first night, but complained at having to wait another 20 minutes on the second night and were told 9 in a rather irritated manner 'you didn't have to wait!'

    It was a very modern room and the staff were first class

    The breakfast wasn't worth the money for me since I am vegetarian and wheat intolerant so I was limited to just one choice of cereal, no bread and not even any Ryvita (wheat free!) crackers!! I had to then go and buy a breakfast elsewhere!

    The Hotel was very smart and clean the staff were very friendly and there was lots of information about the hotel anmd local area. the rooms had all the facilities you could want.

    "This is much better than many roeadside stops I've stayed in. I am always concerned about noise (I need to sleep) and was pleased that my roadside room was very well insulated. I'd be honest if it wasn't good I'd say, but I've booked 2 nights next week already." (97039816)

    Ultra Modern new build hotel. Quality food & service. Spotless. Easy to find. Helpful staff.

    No complaints. If I was looking for charm and personality (I wasn't) I'd look elsewhere.

    hotel had only been open for a month so everything was brand new, very cool decor, very comfy
