    Very helpfull, accommodating and friendly staff. Interesting building. Good parking.

    Lady doing breakfast was always in a rush and usualy got something wrong. Not so bad though.

    Quaint, over all clean, lovely decor, good breakfasts and friendly staff. Within walking distance of small shops, grocery stores, post office and restaurants.

    Hot water and heat is a little iffy at times. Close to a main road so it can get a tad noisy at night.

    Room, very good value, staff friendly and helpful.

    Breakfast coffee very weak and not 'real' coffee, only instant. 'Soft' poached eggs were hard because there was only one person serving who did her best but was rushed off her feet!

    Lovely, enchanting one hundred year old building with super bedrooms and a superb host in Mr Kirkham (Keith). Overall 'first class' Hotel.

    "Stayed to watch the darts in Wolverhampton. It's about 3 miles outside of the centre and so a cheap taxi ride in. Staff friendly, would recommend if you're after a cheap overnight stay." (107558969)

    Clean, tidy room. Good price and location

    Very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor we had to walk through to get to our room which was really unpleasant. Room was clean and tidy but was a bit tired-could do with a lick of paint. Definitely needs a new mattress!!!

    Owner very nice and suggested a lovely pub for our evening meal. Overall presentation of hotel very good.

    Our bedroom seemed a bit shabby compared with what we saw of other rooms although it was clean. Mattress on the bed was terrible, lumpy and we could feel every spring pushing through which led to restless night. Reported to owner in the morning who has promised to look into the matter, however he did not charge us for our breakfast which was very good of him and a lovely gesture.

    Easy reach of the town centre. Big enough to give you the facilities that you need, small enough to be able to offer the personal touch.

    Nothing really, except if you want a really quiet room, choose one at the back of the property and not one that overlooks the busy Goldthorn Road.

    Nice bedroom, comfortable mattress, clean, no problem to park, free access to Internet in the breakfast room.

    Noisy but they are working on it, they are installing double glazing. I would put a shower panel nstead of a shower curtain.

    Friendly Staff (Owner) great guy got my room changed with a simple request,I also got great instructions to the bank and Penn Cottage (steak house) on stourbridge rd. Fab food cheap.

    Not a thing, great breakfast.

    Service of the manager and the other staff I came across was excellent. Arrived at 10 o'clock at night, but this was no problem and had a take away menu to hand so I could get some dinner. Even opened the bar so I could have a beer. Room was clean, tidy, and more than adequate. Bathroom facilities were also good.

    Breakfast wasn't the best I've had, especially the egg which was so greasy I couldn't eat it. Also had to wait for 10 mins to be noticed but these were really very small points. Overall a very nice hotel.

    "Das Hotel war eine nette, kleine, saubere Pension mit einem guten Service. Der Inhaber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt geräumig genug, bei längerer Urlaubszeit wären sie etwas zu klein gewesen. Der einzige Nachteil am Hotel war die Lage. Es war ziemlich weit entfernt vom Stadtzentrum und nur mit Bussen erreichbar, die (vor allem Sonntags) nur jede Stunde gefahren sind. Da es aber in der näheren Umgebung keine Restaurants oder dergleichen gab (und im Hotel nur Frühstück angeboten wurde), war man gezwungen, sich des öfteren ein Taxi zu nehmen." (97749645)

    "We would recommend Barons Court Hotel for the great service you receive from the manager Keith, hospitality was fantastic. Cleanliness was 100%, bedroom with digital tv,lovely decorated bathroom and a nice comfortable bed to sleep in with no aches next morning. Keith was very welcoming on our arrival Christmas day, this made a great start to our clebrations on visiting family later that afternoon. Great choice of food for breakfast and the full english is worth waiting for, thanks Keith. Sitting in the Drawing Room by the open fire while eating breakfast Boxing Day, gave a very nice ending to our stay as Keith could not do enough for you. Lovely Edwardian surroundings, great value for money, relaxing, great Management, it is a place not to miss out on if you need to stay over in this area. We have stopped in hotels in York, London etc and by far this has been the nicest for the hospitality and makes you want to return. Looking forward to our second visit already." (97759119)

    "The hotel was beautiful. The decor was very tasteful, and the rooms furnished to a high spec. The manager was friendly and helpful, and after a night of darts, kept the in-house bar open until we were ready to retire to our room. The hotel was only 5 minutes from the city centre and the taxi ride cost " (97654630)
