    clean rooms, friendly service(alan was fantastic always on hand for anything gret advice for what to do), first class breakfast(5 stars), no parking problems, and peaceful nights sleep oh and great location a good base

    Welcoming atmosphere obviously due to Karen and Alan's personal touch. Lovely English breakfast with plenty of choice and very well cooked without any greasyness. Comfortable room.

    No dislikes. Just that next time we will aim for an on-suite room. This time we booked at the last moment. Another small point was that we are tea drinkers and would have liked more teabags in the room. We did try the coffee but didn't like the flavour at all.

    Good location, friendly hosts.

    Having to leave car keys with proprietor was slightly frustrating as we couldn't come and go as easily as we would have liked. Although we have stayed in hotels where they have had no parking facilities which is far more inconvenient. Also rather noisy at night, particularly on Saturday night!

    thay are a very nice karen and alan thay made us very welcome the geust houes was very clean and the brekfast was exelent.

    the only thing i disliked was the couler green in the room

    it was lovely very clean had a very homely feel to it the hosts were fantastic thank you.
