    "On arrival the owners made us feel very welcome and they showed us to our room, then we were left alone to come and go as we pleased, but we knew that should we have any problems or complaints we could approach them at any time.     "I would highly recommend this hotel, hoteliers could not have been more friendly and accommodating, even down to buying me skimmed milk because I do not drink any other, nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definetly be going back and would recommmend anyone else staying at Llandudno to book into this hotel. We have stayed in 5 star hotels around various locations and can honetly say that this service was far superior to any experienced in very expensive hotels. Having never stayed in Llandudno before Anne Marie could not have been more helpful in telling us where to visit and eat for evening meal" (107530779)

    Friendly. Advised on places to eat, etc. Nice breakfast.

    Full breakfast only served between 8.30 and 9.00. Starts too late for a business traveller and finishes to early for a leisure traveller. No sign of the advertised wifi connection in room.

    "Generally a very good B&B and certainly comparible to others in the area price wise. It was quite a walk from the main shopping area which we could see as being a problem for older couples or less mobile. Lots to do in the Local area, and really enjoyed the Food Feast Festival in Conwy, good road access to lots of other attractions in the area and not too far from Angelsey. Fully recommend a visit to Aber Falls!!" (97394297)

    The Staff were brilliant, extremely helpful and well orgnaised.

    Pillows were too soft and shower was poor.

    "The St Hilary Guest House is ideally situated if you are going to the Theatre. Likewise, if you enjoy easy walking, a stroll along the promenade and the pier in one direction or over the hill to Rhos on Sea and Colwyn Bay (if you're feeling a bit more energetic!)in the other." (97984197)

    "the hotel was in a quieter part of llandudno promenade,which suited our needs.parking was limited,but this was'nt a problem on this occasion.the breakfast menu was excellent,plenty of choice including veggy option.the owners were very friendly and helpful with questions about the local amenities etc.we will visit again and would encourage our friends to visit as well.overall very enjoyable experience."
