    "Great room, good price, free car parking, ten minutes in taxi to airport (£9.00)" (97501905)

    Very good quality hotel, a very contemporary feel to it and was most impressed with the free car parking which as I was in transit to Madrid and returned three days later was a sving of £30.00 pounds in airport car parking charges. The car park is secured and gated and can be seen from the reception.

    "Nice rooms & friendly staff." (107651719)

    Had to change rooms as the shower tray was blocked and was overflowing into the bedroom. After travelling for over 14hrs I just wanted a long shower and to relax, not changing rooms at midnight.

    Very clean, Pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable bed, quiet during night, convenient location, parking available.

    No draft beer, so I ate out in order to get a pint bar was a bit un-welcoming in terms of looking a bit cliquey Parking was very tight It seemed that the car park was more full than occupancy would indicate. As the area is not too nice, this could put people off if they were unable to park in hotel car park

    Nice room; clean en suite; large TV.

    Listed as 'Quality Hotel Luton Airport', but it was miles away, and I had to get a taxi. As I was flying in late evening, and out again next morning, I thought that I would be staying at a hotel actually on (or within the boundary of) the airport.

    The room presentation was good

    The hotel has undergone a major refit and was not fully completed ie There was no lift The stairs were not complete, no glass. There was no dining facility so we had to go outside to eat.

    It suited us well. Not far from Luton Airport I cant remmebr what room number we were in now, had a great nights sleep... the beds were very comfortable.

    My only concern was the bathroom there was water coming in from the celing driping through the lights kooked a mess. For one night it wasnt to much of a problem but normally would have been asked to be moved. Apart from that everything well. Had to wait 30 mins for our meal and it wasnt busy when we arrived in the resturant bit. It was a new chef

    We arrived after 22:30 on 21 August and reception was friendly, helpful and expedient! Thanks for the complimentary newspaper and the room was quite clean, quiet and comfortable!

    The unmoveable half shower door was a tad odd, and we had to be careful to not scatter water on the floor, but it looked nice! The sink faucet masked the bowl of the sink and a lot of water was scattered on the counter and floor while washing your face. (I'm just a neat freak!)

    We could not fault the Hotel and system,except we wrong;y assumed we were closer to the airport(our fault not the Hotels)

    "Enjoyed the overnight stay and the room was very cosy and comfortable. TV was excellent and overall decor is good." (108079574)

    Overall the hotel ambience and services were very good and check in/check out time was very fast. All amenities for overnight stay were very good.It is a good value for money

    Need guidance to operate shower. Found it difficult to shut off. Shower drain is emptying slowly.

    "All the Luton Quality Hotel's staff I met were extremely efficient and friendly. The room was a good size and adequately equipped with good linen and towels and a comfortable bed. I especially liked that it is geared up for business travellers who arrive late or have to leave early, with 24 hour facilities. I also liked the secure car park." (97191280)

    The hotel is conveniently situated, ample car parking and most of all very friendly and efficient service.

    A bit noisy because of roadworks outside, but that is only a temporary problem.

    Close to Airport

    Full english breakfast poor- sausage undercooked, too many beans covering space on the plate. Needs to be looked at!

    Poor sound insulation, you even heard someone silently walking past the room.
