    We enjoyed our stay, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff polite and helpful, lots of space in the car park and a good choice for breakfast - you could have as much as you liked. We would stay again.

    There really weren't any bad points except maybe that the drinks were quite expensive from the hotel bar.

    The worst point was when a drunken man attempted to get in my room at 03:30 and it took reception 15 minutes to sort the situation out. They then rang me 10 minutes later to ask if I was "expecting a man in my room" which I found exremely insulting

    silent and peaceful cause the hotel is located at eastend of London,needs to take abt 30mins underground to Central London.

    poor reception--my frd who is England citizen has booked the hotel 4 nights for me before arrival, I decided to stay one more night and requested for one night extension at the reception but failed.The front desk replied that the hotel was full but how ridiculous that I could book the same room online =.= What a well-known hotel can only provide continental breakfast (GBP75/night)..so disappointed and unexpected.

    "Overall, I would say our stay was very good. Only one slight disappointment was that we were expecting a jacuzzi-type bath, as mentioned on your website, so when we saw a shower instead we were a bit disappointed, although the shower was quite big and very easy to use" (107379809)

    Staff struggled with english language. Staff's own friends swamped the bar area and were very loud and openly used explicit language.

    Stylish hotel, attractive/comfortable communal areas and comfortable rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast.

    Slightly confused check-in and though staff were helpful the communication skills were not great - particularly on the phone. Also asked for two twin rooms to accommodate two pairs of single people in our team and got two doubles so then had to request extra bedding for sofa beds.

    "Location is not too far from Underground transportation. Please prepare cash because sometimes credit card may not be recognized. Gasoline station and simply food shop are sides." (97547319)

    Appliance and Furnish is OK. The cleanliness is OK.

    Too small restaurant. Too little staff, often to wait for reception. Elevator is enough unless it is out of order.

    Straight-forward comfortable accommodation. The room was big, and everything worked. A pity the room TV/computer can't cope with downloading email attachments. Still, the helpful staff offered to print out an attachment from one of the customer computers in the hotel's reception area.

    "It was surprising that though the hotel was modern with clean cut lines and furnishings, it was also felt'classy'. Most of all it was very relaxing and adequate for our needs. Sometimes when visiting London, it is not always easy to leave the bustling roads outside, but not so with the Holiday Inn. The online booking was simple. There was adequate information on both the tariffs and facilities on offer. Most of all I was impressed with the security for parking on site, and most of all the safety of guests. The continental breakfast was filling but as it was weekend, we were unable to sample the main meals of the day. I would definitely visit this or other facilities offered by this company because much of the focus I thought was on the guest's safety and comfort." (97474556)

    "i would have liked a cooked breakfast, the room was very clean, all the staff where very helpfull, from booking in to checking out, the bathroom was very clean and the shower was very good,the bar area was very clean and well layed out, over all i would give the hotel ten out of ten, i had a very nice stop at your hotel and i will be stopping again."
