    "Very good breakfast even if there were a lot of people this weekend, but the staff handled it very good to let up more rooms for the breakfast." (108605595)

    Very good location, easy to reach most of the places we wanted to see without taking the underground all the time.

    Just one thing: The door to the bathroom/toilet were quite open and there was no ability to close really and to lock the door, not very good for the privicy you need some time.

    Reception and concierge staff - checking in processes and obtaining information to support your stay were horrendous and people staying need to know that you will need 30 mins to check in and somthing similar for checking out.

    onlt complaint not a major one but there was not amirror near enough to enable to see to dry my hair as the only ones were bathroom or inside wardrobe door where it did not reach.

This catalogue of errors, would have made me demand compensation for the stress which i did experience. However the location was very good for the Eye and the Underground, as well as links to Greenwich, park and observatory, when the jubilee line was not working." (107683857)

    The professional manner of the staff. Their willingness to put things right. The view from the rooms at the back; which showed, St Pauls and Canary wharf; as good as the view of the london eye,at the front, which was lost when we had to change rooms. Complimentary kids money £5, to spend in hotel. Air conditioning control. Unimposing decor.

    Studio room description led me to believe the space was bigger than it was. I was given a room upgrade, as it was clear the three of us would not reasonably fit into the space of studio. The bath water kept emptying as there was an obstruction under the plug.(A shaver Guard). We ordered two burgers, one came without a bun on top. I asked for 3 breakfast menus, and was only given 2.I erquest a 3rd, but this did not arrive. This led to only receiving 2 breakfast the next day, despite writing on the menus there were 3 people. The each of the next days, i still had to request extra menus. The second TV did not work at all.

    room and hotel really clean. breakfast very good (price of breakfast reduced price) staff very friendly nothing was too much trouble. i mentioned it was my partners birthday and he had a birthday card waiting in the room for him. (little thoughts like that i think is very good customer service) i would return to your hotel next time i stay in london.

    the only bad bit was leaving to come home.

    Both room glass door trapped, cannot move. Shutting sound of doors of other room too loud. Water pressure too low. Show tap handle need repairs.

    Hotel clean and friendly staff. Sofa bed was a good size.

    Room far too hot and couldn't open window. Breakfast expensive and poor quality and choice. Bar also very expensive.

    Really gorgeous hotel, friendly and helpful staff, ideal location, gorgeous breakfast with a lot of choice, great fry up and lovely fresh fruit and homemade juices

    we arrived at reception and they had no reservation for us through the website, although I had made the reservation in November through your website. Luckily there was a room available and the receptionist checked us in. The initial price that we had been quoted on the website, which had been the total price, we were informed did not include VAT and so we had to pay this extra. the total price we paid was £148 whereas we had been quoted £129 through the website.

    Location was good for my purposes

    Had a very bad experience during this stay! I had to move rooms five times after checking in due to each room having a very disgusting smell coming from the roooms air conditioning. I felt as though the staff did not treat me well through this situation, being abrupt in nature and not very patient. I was not offered any kind of compensation for the inconvenience which took well over an hour to sort out.

    Overall the hotel was good - nice room, staff friendly

    The hotel reservations direct - I called to pre-pay for the accommodation a couple of days prior to our arrival - confirmation of this was given however upon arrival this was not done and we were charged on departure - Reception staff had no idea about the pre-paid arrangements

    Modern facilities and great view from executive room. Concierge service was good too. Fantastic fresh flowers.

    Windows on balcony were filthy and with such a marvellous view this was a shame. Breakfast was terrible. Too many staff trying to be too nice. How many times do you have to say no thankyou no more coffee to the same waiter! Food tasteless and toast cold. Had to wait an age for the lift in the morning

    "i think the hotel as a whole was very very beautiful, beautiful in the sense that it looked and felt bright and new and fresh. i would of liked to know a little bit more about the rooms maybe a virtual tour would have satisfied that curiosity, apart from that the service and every inch of the hotel was pristine and perfect."     the style of the room was amazing!!! it was my dream rooom contemporary mixed with bright colours. quite chic! from the sink to the bed every detail shouts 'look at me, Love me'. the view was immense, especially during the night with the london eye lit up.

    hotel was well located, with good facilities. lobby staff were extremeley helpful.

    room was not cleaned once during our stay. had to ask for clean towels. breakfast staff were slow and not very attentive, i had eaten my breakfast before anyone asked if i would like tea/coffee.
