    Very new, modern, clean and attractively furnished hotel, also had parking availalbe at a reasonable rate per night £10

    Worst thing about the room was that the lighting was poor and the 2 uplighters did not seem to work which would have improved if they had.

    "I really enjoyed the hotel as it offers good services at reasonable prices. It is also located at a place where is is possible to step and buy things within minutes. catching local transportations was indeed very easy due to its location too." (108820121)

    I didn't like the idea of my credit card being photostated and kept in a file by the staff at the Reception Desk during check-in; I was/am really worried about this system due to this data protection issues.

    Very clean room.

    Not all lights working in the room. Only five Television channels available, (Picture on the channels had shadows on the screen) No free internet access/WIFI access. Just enough room for baby cot to be placed into room.

    Easy to check in. Quiet even though on road side. Comfortable bed!

    Clean + modern/new fittings and decoration

    Cold, stark, basic. Breakfast only served up to 09:00 on a Sunday. Reception staff, although pleasant, just performed the basic handover of key when booking in rather than explain room and hotel facilities. Corridors were freezing cold and, although the hotel did not appear to be very busy, the room we were allocated was one of the furthest from reception.

    The 'high tech'bathroom equipment is a nightmare, particularly for someone who uses a wet razor not an electric shaver

    The staff was very friendly. the hotel was clean and modern.

    No real bad points, but the hotel didn't get our booking fax for a few hours which made booking car parking at the hotel more difficult, but there were no problems in the end.

    On arrival nice clean hotel with secure parking.

    Level of service poor (Room not cleaned and towels not changed after first night) and pizza supplied by the hotel seriously overpriced.

    The Hotel was Clean and Tidy with good in room items.

    The staff were terrible, we checked into our room and were just getting settled when our door opened and they had checked another couple into the same room.

    "The actual walking time to the hotel from the nearest tube station, as we would have called a taxi from the station." (97360379)

    Excellent staff, good standard of accomodation for price, everything very clean and well laid out.

    The hotel was not in walking distance of a tube station (about 25 mins walk, no good if you have luggage)

    "Hotel was 25 minute walk from a tube station. Staff were unhelpful and weak with the English language. Biggest disaster was breakfast on the morning of the London Marathon. Came down just after 7am to find no space waited 20 minutes asked just for a bowl of porridge and 15 minutes later the worst prepared bowl ever arrived - luke warm milk on unporridged oats! This after a full English was put in front of me due to a language error. Location poor; accomodation and facilities fine; management and staff poor." (97042677)

    Shower not working efficiently. Very poor flow. Main (top) shower head inoperative.

    contemporary styling and fresh appearance. secure carparking. Good price (but I didnt stay for the breakfast)

    bits didnt work - some of the lighting in the room, the heating system usually pushed out cold air (but sometimes ok), shower cubicle didnt fit in the space by a big gap and looked unfinished, non-touch taps in sink were very difficult to control and usually sprayed water everywhere. Pillows and sheets werent completely clean.
