    "Clean and comfortable room." (107207045)

    Late checking in - got lost finding the hotel. Phoned and staff stayed open for us.

    Went down to breakfast at 8.15. no tables available so did not have breakfast. Saniflow toilet was noisey to use during the night.

    Mature age female traveller, travelling alone. Asked for assistance with getting bag down three floors of stairs only to be told by one of the attendants that it was his day off!

    Friendly and clean

    Bedroom very small for a twin. I was sharing with my sister. Not enough room to store clothes/sit comfortably. Dining room too small

    it wasn't too far from the city. Problems taken care of immediately. Nice Service

    differences between actual situation and information given on the internet. bad location description on booking confirmation. very small room; I was glad we didn't need an extra-bed.

    "Whilst the hotel itself was adequate for a single night's stay, the area is very rough with youngsters hanging about and making a lot of noise. We did not feel the company van was safe parked nearby." (97408419)

    The very rough area it is in and the lack of secure parking - we have cancelled our next booking at this hotel.

    "I think the hotel was a little further out of town than I realised, but with a car no problem. Maybe advice on bus routes into town etc. would be a good idea." (97059314)

    Very friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

    How about a cooked breakfast maybe.

    "The guest house and its facilities were clean and tidy. The rooms are compact but offer good value for money. Our bed was supposedly a double but appeared to be two singles pushed together. Our room had a nice ensuite bathroom available. The only drawback I could really mention is that there are no parking facilities. However our car was fine parked on the street next to the guest house for 3days. It is a short car ride into town and there is a supermarket and various take aways within walking distance. I would definately use again for a weekend stay." (97090276)

    Good value for money, friendly staff, tea and coffee making facilities in the room ensuite bathroom.

    Double bed appeared to be two singles pushed together. No parking facilities.

    "The guest house was clean, friendly, organised and everything worked. The area was not so hot, but there was a small newsagents and Costcutter Mini Mart 2 doors away, so was able to pick up newspapers etc.. Didn't have time for breakfast on the Sunday, as I had to leave for my sporting event. Perhaps they should serve breakfast from, say 8.30am. I would definitely stay here again, as it was safe and comfortable." (97897401)

    Clenliness and hoospitality and good service

    neghbors(4 partying girls) who were extremely inconsiderate/(noisy) of guests in adjacent rooms. They deserved to be thrown out or fined.

    Not the most spacious of hotels, but up to a high standard of decor and cleanliness, the continental breakfast had a wide choice on offer. All making for good value for money.

    There was only on road parking.
