  Very quiet yet very accessible from town center (10-15 mins walk). Lots of hot water at a high pressure.

  Room hot and stuffy with no ventilation. No adequate breakfasting facility. Really, this is just a B&B

  "Good hotel. Was spendy, but it was during the fringe festival" (108461536)

  Pretty room. Quiet. Clean. Easy access from airport

  Breakfast not very good. Not allowed to take food back to room. Light bulbs burnt out

  Staff were very helpful Room very clean and comfortable

  Constant loud humming noise from bathroom area Disturbing when trying to sleep

  "Warm pleasant environment, enjoyable. I'd stay here again but for a lower rate." (107973008)

  Friendly staff, nice decor. Good location. private and spacious rooms. Ideal loaction beside haymarket train station.

  For a four star rated hotel would have expected slighlty more from this place. Prices were increased for new years but did it give value for money?? I'm not convinced it did. The contintental breakfast was basic for a four star hotel.

  Very near to several bus routes. Novel Indian decor.

  No full breakfast option, only continental. Breakfast room has very low chairs.
