    "Hotel chosen as being close to O2 but Jubilee line closed so it cost £30 simply to cross the Thames by taxi." (107555012)

    Efficient staff. Bright modern hotel. Good shower.

    Wardrobe in bathroom - open to steam etc. Minimum provision of tea/coffee. Hotel unable to provide any Sunday newspaper despite this being ordered the previous day.

    modern, stylish, clean, quiet, waterfront location, nice views outside,polite helpful staff, lovely spa facilities, convenient for 02 arena, parking included

    breakfast not included in price, need good map/directions to find it, hotel signs could be more bold

    "Superb, we all suffer glitches although the loss of my booking needs checking out; will gladly return for any future O2 gigs; would use your other Edwardian Rad in Covent Garden for city breaks as obviously more central (already stayed there)." (107307408)

    Grounds, ambience & decor, cleanliness, room and view, room service food and breakfast - all excellent

    Check-in flawed as no record of my booking; fortunately I had all my confirmation printed details with me and all was eventually OK and we got the room as booked - but this took 20 mins. Other lower point was that facilities person needed to fix the safe and even then, his first attempt failed as the hand-held programmer didn't work. Eventually fixed though.

    Spotless hotel, efficiently run

    We were attending an event at the O2 and although its only meters away as the cross flies... difficult to access! taxi £15 each way! tube/rail quite a walk away

    too many to explain really, staff are the most useless incompetent group of people i have ever met and this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in!!! word of advice, if you stay here go to Mac Donalds around the corner for breakfast as you will find better service (and your table won't be cleared half way through breakfast), do not leave your car to be parked by the hotel, it took them an hour a 3 attempts to find ours (twice) oh and be prepared for a maid knocking on your door at 8 am demanding you get your bags out of the room and clear it so she can clean it (on your day of checkout which isnt till 11 a.m!) Be warned, this was a special trip which was totally spoiled/ruined by this awful hotel which is certainly not value for money!!!

    "You walk into the room and its like a funky london apartment, the bathroom is completely amazing with lovely toiletries. I plugged my ipod into the specialist clock/radio/ipod speaker and let the music play whilst having a shower. The beautiful Bang & Olufsen tv was later used - free wi-fi - fantastic touch. Bed was amazingly comfortable - extreme luxury and if I had to define my perfect hotel room, this is it. Food was ok, nice but a little expensive. Parking was valet only. Amazing experience, my colleagues were very impressed!" (97490361)

    Slightly expensive in terms of drinks, but it is central london, so not completely unexpected

    Reception staff excellent. Remembered us each day to say hello to.

    Taxi service attached to hotel far to expensive. Black taxi to be called would be better. For price paid no breakfast included, was charged same price for full breakfast as contintental breakfast. Poor value for breakfast. 2nd morning breakfast quality poor as we were some of the last to come to breakfast I still had to pay same price for dried up food, was told that was all that was left.

    When we checked in we had had a dreadful drive across London and the the girl at check in gave us a free upgrade to the most amazing room! We are due to stay again on Saturday 6th December, so fingers crossed you may do the same!

    Breakfast staff were extremely slow and the bowls and juice jugs were empty

    "The stay was planned as part of our visit to the O2 Arena. It was handy for this purpose even with the disruptions on the Jubilee line. The room was quiet and very comfortable and the staff extremely attentive. We made full use of the 2 for 1 offer in the Restaurant and the meal was great." (97068616)

    "now that i know there is an ibis hotel over the road i will be staying there ...in your hotel , 109 pounds per night , ibis 65 per night ! parking 25 pounds per night , ibis 3.50 per night , breakfast 16.50 , ibis 6.50 ..... your prices are a ripoff , even if it is in london , we are not all merchant bankers , if you could justify the prices , i think you get my drift !!!!!"     "The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was very pleasd with the modern decoration but even more so with the cleanliness of my room. The view of the river Thames and the O2 dome was very pretty especially at night. We were going to an event at the O2 and although we were a stones throw away across the river, we took a cab which cost us £15 as we had to go around and through the Blackwall Tunnel, so if you are planning to stay here to reach the dome cheapily and easily you may want to take this into consideration. Although you could always use the Tube as the station is only about a 10min walk from the hotel. Overall a great hotel, I would recommend to anyone and would stay here again without question."     "The hotel was generally very cold especially in the reception and bar area.We were told there was no food available on the Sunday night and had to share a bowl of nuts. On check out we were informed that room service actually was available but we were misinformed." (97074543)

    "Quality as you would expect of Radisson but sadly very little atmosphere. Furnishings and comfort in the room 5 star, it is situated in an ideal position overlooking the Thames and the O2 Arena (Dome) but squeezed in amongst other concrete towers (as you would expect in docklands) but will be worse shortly with another tower currently being built next door, so views only brilliant if your room is overlooking the Thames. Food in restaurant exceptional but on our Friday night stay a little quiet. Ideal if you are on business with companies located in canary wharf, I would imagine mid week is when it is at its busiest. Parking is charged at £25 per night, I hadn't realised this and was shocked at the cost. At least it was valet parked!!" (97907214)

    "Difficult to find as the hotel is new and the road is not yet on any maps or sat nav ystems. A discription of where the hotel is ie off Blackwall Way would have been helpful as this would have saved time for my driver who was not local. Overall - What I would expect from a hotel which has recently opened. The staff were very accomadating and always polite and helpfull. Very pleased." (97291088)

    "I was travelling to the O2 Arena with my 14 year old neice and stayed at the Radisson Edwardian hotel. It was an excellent choice of hotel, very luxurious and close to the O2 Arena. Would definately stay again when next visiting the O2. Breakfast was expensive so we went to the MacDonalds across the road." (97611177)

    "Better staff training made available especially with the price being charged there was no customer service whatsoever. No personal touch. The atmosphere was very cold and our stay was not enjoyable. Adress given on hotel booking did not correspond to our navigation system - please update website information." (97745007)

    Nobody at desk when checking in - when she did appear was not even greeted or apologies made. We had dirty towels in our room and had to request for new towels. No bathrobes available. the heating on towel rail was not working. The shower head in shower was full of limescale.
