  "The apartment was new and clean but the most of the equipment/ornament was cheap looking and poor and the inside of the closet were mess there were a lot of DIY materials / goods left used inside not in order. " (107869068)

  The location of the apartment was good and convenieient for sightseeing. The apartment itself looked new and the rooms looked clean.

  It was a mess inside the some of the closet. The blind curtain in the main bed room was pulled over and did not move at all. The sofa bed in the living room was a bit too small for 2 adults to have a confortable sleep.

  "enjoyable from start to finish,staff very helpfull and made the first time visit to the city alot smoother. " (107442215)

  bang in the middle of town centre and a short walk to vertually every popular area of the city.communication between auld rickie and ouselves was excellent and very prompt to answer any questions we had.

  "A 3 pd. taxi ride from the station we used the apartment as a base to walk to the sights.We stayed in a 3 rd floor apartment which was quiet, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. " (107511731)

  Location,location . Apartment is a 10 minute walk to the High St (Royal Mile). Facilities . Good outlook over Arthur's Seat. If you need a quiet break from sightseeing there is access to a pretty walled garden attached to apartment complex.

  Had some problems with front door lock and oven. We had to ring the service button to gain access a few times . Entrance stairwell uninviting and probably freezing if visiting in winter but the apartment itself is cosy.

  very friendly staff, excellent location right on the royal mile and 5 minutes from princes street. plenty of good places to eat and drink close by.

  "Ideally placed to walk round Edinburgh. Plenty of nearby pubs and eateries. Would not hesitate to use again and certainly recommend it. The one down side is the 54 stairs to the apartment while although not steep are a challenge for anyone with a mobility problem." (97428831)

  Extremely clean, fully equiped, plenty of storage space,plenty of room. My 28 year old son was even going round weighing up how he would like it as a home!

  The hot water pressure was very poor and needs resolving. Fortunately we shower and as it was an electric type running of cold water pressure and was excellent.
