    Hairdryer didn't work, asked for extra towel as 3 of us sharing a room it never arrived. TV advertised freeview and sky we only had 5 channels all others had no signal

    Hospitality,friendliness, professionalism, the staff were very approachable. Meals excellent quality and quantity for all meals taken. Room very spacious and facilities good.

    We had a premier room which was lovely. The food was also delicious.

    The communal areas of the hotel are quite tired and worn and need some TLC. There were a lot of elderly people staying and they really struggled with the stairs and poor handrail, because there was nio lift

    Large bed & TV. Welcome drink. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

    Bathroom too small. Bath sealant missing. Room decor and storage dated, needs updating to compete with rivals at a similar or lower price per night. Cathedral Lodge Hotel overall needs updating, particularly in view of it's proximity to the town centre and Cathedral for tourists etc.

    Friendly staff. Breakfast good. Easy to remove coat hangers to put clothes on.

    No toilet roll holder in bathroom. Newspapers delivered on wrong day. Curtain not hooked up properly.

    The whole prossess from booking and checking out was very good i enjoyed the comfort of the room and the bathroom.

    the only thing i found a bit disappointing was that there wasnt enough breakfast. dont no wether you consider doing a menu for people who are on a gluten free diet as this might encourage me to stay, as i have to have special diet.

    Parking, Clean room of good size with dble bed & bunk beds,nice area close to Lichfield & Drayton Manor. Nice cosy pub style bar.

    Rude member of waiting staff barely able to speak or understand English. Very limted menu of overpriced low quality food.

    "We were greeted with courteousness and friendliness. We had a relative in a wheelchair and was told immediately that they had no lift. This was not a problem as the person concerned could walk short distances, therefore our choice to stay. I cannot rate the hotel highly enough. It was one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed in.     Extemely friendly and helpful staff. Service was excellent. Food very well cooked and delivered.

    We had nothing at all to complain about, no bad points.

    friendly. Comfrotable. GOOD restaurant. Offered to change my room if the renovation work in the others bothered me (it didn't). offered me free drinks.

    Arthritic hands cannot squeeze the Dove shower creme dispensers. And I seem to have received a phone message at the desk that was not communicated to me.

    Close to the city centre well situated for easy reach of a variety of restaurants

    It was in the roof and the air circulation was poor we had to have the window open really wide to get air in.

    The food for the one evening meal and breakfasts was good.

    The bed was appallingly uncomfortable and meant I had to do three days work with very little sleep. Staff were very helpful.

    Friendly staff.

    The bath should have had a hand rail for getting in and out of the bath - we were two people of 69 and one of 91 and this was a necessity. It would also have been good to have a fan in the bathroom.The plastic cover on the mattress did not make for a comfortable sleep.

    The hotel was very clean and bright and our room had everything you would expect in a 3 star hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast choice was more than we expected and the quality of the food served was excellent.

    The outside entrance could be more attractive.
