    Excellent value for money. Booking was pain free. Service was realy pleasant and the room was clean with a large double bed ( I had booked a single room ) It was quiet and comfortable. It had all the facilities I needed for a brief stop over

    I had hoped a parking spacew would be available but it is very limited

    Nice Bed & Breakfast - close to Heathrow airport and Kew Gardens Spacious clear room with great british breakfast

    The cleaning of the bathroom was "OK" (could have been better) Planes traffic from Heathrow early in the morning

    The location in Richmond as well as the pub/bar below the room was very nice

    The room and furniture were in a rather poor state compared to the price of the room.

    A very pleasant and hospitable stay with very good food at breakfast snd dinner. A nice atmosphere in the attractive public areas with consideration for guests. Quiet local area. Limited but adequate parking. Good public transport.

    Good location for Rugby (reason for visit) Nice landlady, accomodation a bit tired but price fair for room

    Not many as the rate we paid was probably spot on for the location (1.5 miles from Twickenham)

    Room needed some repairs chair has loose leg making it unevent and liable to tip over when sat on it. light shade in bathroom fell down during the night causing a loud crash and waking everyone.

    Friendly staff, ideal location in Richmond, lovely room and comfortable beds

    The bathroom smelt slightly smoky but didn't ruin our stay whatsoever

    Staff very friendly. Breakfast lovely.

    Toilet dirty. Hole in towel. Old sash window in bathroom rattled all night due to wind. Had to ask for a blanket to be put on bed as only one sheet and throw (tea stained) on the bed on arrival. Tea tray dusty and cups stained. Room up three flights of stairs.

    Friendly service, good breakfast,clean and tidy,helpful and invormative

    The heating in the room was not consistant. Had to keep asking for it to be put on. In the end was given a fan heater.

    Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast. Warm and comfortable bedroom.

    Two lamps in bedroom and light over dressing table not working. Flooring (lino) in bathroom damaged.

    Inside of windows need cleaning. Under the Heathrow flightpath so avoid if really bothered by plane noise. Didn't bother us at all though.

    Shower was awful - no lock on toilet, no hair dryer, very hard bed, old fashioned decor, the bar closed between 3-5pm everyday (!), which was not stated at time of booking. Not advised at check in when breakfast was, subseqently missed breakfast.

    Lovely breakfast and evening meal, very comfortable bed and very quiet room

    Only served evening meal until 4pm on Saturdays but staff let us know the night before.(this was only a bad point because the meal we had was really lovely and we would have liked another!!Area is permit parking, can squeeze 5 cars into car park but would block others in, however the staff are fine with this.
