    Al staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and ready.

    Fan for bathroom slow to cut in but on for far too long therefore noisy.

    friendly helpful staff, convenience to airport, good tv and reception. Quiet room.

    Main problem was they did not have a record of my booking - luckily they had rooms available (not first time this has happened to me with on-line booking)room looked clean but there was a slightly unpleasant smell - didnt smell nice and fresh. Air-con unit very loud and rattly - had to turn it off to sleep.

    "I was pretty satisfied overall. I was certainly made to feel welcome and felt I got good value for my money. Although the hotel seems a long way from the airport area on approach, that's deceptive, because of the road layouts - it took a bare 5 minutes to get to Terminal 3 at 6am, though the trip might well take the suggested 15 minutes at other times of day or to the more distant Terminals 4 & 5.     Very helpful receptionist, who didn't keep me hanging around when the computer system crashed as she was checking me in, simply gave me access to my room and asked me to come back in 20 minutes so we could complete the transaction. She also accessed the airline website for me and printed out my boarding cards, which saved me a lot of time on check-in the next morning. The calm way the bar staff coped with the fact that the dining room was unable to offer full service by taking people's orders and ensuring food arrived at the table piping hot. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and contain all the essentials for an overnight stay. I didn't notice any external noise from planes or road traffic.

    It would be nice if breakfast service could start earlier than 6:30 am, or, alternatively,if coffee/tea and either danish or biscuits could be available in the lobby. Failing that, then perhaps provide biscuits on the trays in the rooms. It would be nice to have one easy chair in the bedrooms, (women travelling alone would appreciate this) but I do recognise that space probably doesn't allow it.

    Very large rooms with very comfortable beds - very relaxing rooms and spotlessly clean - brilliant breakfast and very good value.

    Reception desk staff seemed to be a bit inefficient and gave us wrong info regarding transfer bus times

    Good rooms.

    I had booked a twin room and a double room but when we arrived we were given two double rooms, however, we were given the correct room and charged the lower rate of the double room. The car park was £6 per night not £5 and when we arrived back to the hotel at 3am, there were no parking spaces so we had to park illegally.

    " Ok but Cleanliness of crockery very disappointing & disturbance by staff with only 1 apology. 1 of your staff couldn't understand / speak English. Adequate with a few good points but room for some improvement I feel. " (108139881)

    Comfortable , clean bed linen. Plasma screen/tv, pleasant layout of room & Cost of room (Very good). Bathroom facilities good with hot water and sufficient clean towels available. Problems with security when booking on line - quite worrying & discovered you had me down for 2 bookings - with only 1 firm confirmation.

    Unclean crockery & spoons. Tray for putting the tea making facilities on to help with the cleanlinesss. Kettle needs a wipe over. Heater/fan rather noisey, so had to turn volume up on TV - concerned that I would disturb the neighbours. 3 staff knocked on my door & disturbed me when I was feeling unwell, needed sleep to recover from jet lag before driving 3 hour journey home - the very purpose of my stay. Noisey inconsiderate family, with chid banging on my door each time passed. Somewhere for cases would be helpful to aid access. Charge for car parking seems accessive - had I realised I would have driven a little further to avoid the fee.Decaff coffee would have been goood& possibly evening drink sachets available in the room. busy @ check out, so unable to express my few grievances.

    really nice, friendly and helpfull. We both enjoyed our stay. The price is really cheap in comparison to the value. I will definitely return. I will give the total experience 09 out of 10 scores. One thing though. People were smoking on the halls, even if it is not allowed. That was not nice. Smoke travels through doors!!

    Availability, ease of booking in, facilities provided considering poor weather and delays at heathrow causing larger than usual number of residents.

    Steak not cooked as requested. Showerhead with a bad leak.Bath Dispenser empty Doorlock batteries failed had to be opened with a key when requested.

    Wonderfully designed and executed. Opening windows greatly appreciated. Comforting, pleasant, user-friendly. Staff well trained, attentive, with fine people skills. We are product/furniture/space designers and my partner/wife took the time to tell the desk person how pleased she was with the Premier In Heathrow M4-J4. We will definitely look to Premier Inn locations as we travel. You are not luxury for sure, but so very pleasant we will not hesitate to stay with Premiere and use the money saved for better dining, additional experiences, etc. Thank you for the wonderful product you have manifest. At least the night of July 15, 2008 - and we expect the same at your other locations.

    Silly name, the ..... M4-J4. come up with anything else, please. We do understand cost control, but the lack of "face" tissues (Kleenex) seemed inappropriate.

    "Essentially I thought that the room rate was quite high for the type of small hotel and facilities being offerred especially for an overnight stay, however all hotels around the Heathrow area were charging very high room rates (perhaps because of the air show?.     1. At check in even though I had booked via internet (85GBP/ night) and received confirmation reception were advising me that the room rate was 100GBP. After some deliberation between receptionists I did pay the 85GBP. 2. Bus service to Heathrow T3 was 30 mins late in arriving at Hotel. According to time table bus should have arrived at 08:42 but did not arrive till 09:02hrs and was completely full. This trip cost me 4GBP but having stayed at other Airport Hotels their policy was courtesy transport to the Airport free of charge. 3. Room allocated (Room 6) although clean and tidy was fitted out for the disabled. I would have preferred a standard room.

    "Although the room was cheap it also brought home the point that you get what you pay for. As it so happened we had to spend an additional 2 nights in London and we stayed at the Park Inn which granted was more expensive but well worth the extra money." (108048392)

    Staff are friendly and helpful

    The hotel seems to be on a cost cutting budget. The a/c is not available in the bedroom and all little things like a box of kleenex, showergel etc. is not there like you would expect. Also the hotel corridors are small cramped and way too hot and stuffy. Over the two nights and three days the lift never worked.
