    "the area is nearby to easton and st.pancras station which is very convenient. like the shopping which just abt 2 mins walking." (107242610)

    warm and pleasant staff.

    no elevator access which is quite troublesome for families with huge and heavy luggage.

    It was close to central london, kings cross tube, easy to get around. cheap for the place, nice and clean. front desk staff really friendly.

    everything was ok; the bed, the size of the room, the bathroom, and the breakfast. The room was clean.

    "This accomodation was excellent value for money, the staff were extremly courteous and helpful. The room was small but very suitable for our needs. The location was very good. The hotel was quiet. The facilities were good. There was nothing which would have been advantages to know prior to booking, that was not already known. 24 hour reception was available, which added to a secure stay." (97622221)

    mediocre breakfast, no fruit except apples and only sugary cereals.

    Nicely decorated, clean, nice staff

    Tiny, tiny room, so it was just impossible to stay there; it was like living in a closet. Dead flowers just outside my window giving on to the street. Really depressing.

    "The staff were very pleasant. Room was very basic and had no mini fridge which would have been helpful. There was also no microwave oven on location and my room didn't have a working hairdryer." (97972656)

    Good location.

    Very small bathroom. Breakfast was very basic and was only available from 7.30am until 9.00am.

    it was clean and functional. good value for money

    it was a hot day and the single room which I had was difficult to ventilate. I don't think I would go to this hotel in summer.

    "Well, it was very difficult to find the hotel as the instructions on the website did not contain explicit directions. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and was able to explain the facilites of the hotel well. He was also able to recommend sights to be seen. Overall, it was a good hotel for a short visit." (97210833)

    The room was clean and located in a very good area in central London.

    "over all the hotel was adequate for our 1 night but if staying for longer we would not have liked to use the shower. The bed linen was clean however the other blankets etc were not of a very high standard. On the other hand the staf were very helpful and friendly" (97517886)

    good location for euston & tube station

    the shower was dirty & the general clenliness of the bedding was not of a very high standard with staines on the bed spreads and heavy army like blankets

    "we only used the room for the night,comparing prices it was one of the cheaper hotels but I would not want to stay much longer than two days. overall it suited our purposes so no real gripes." (97960158)

    "Reception very helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff could not help as much but this was not their fault I felt - perhaps a lack of communication Brekfast could be improved even a bowl of oats would have done!" (97823550)

    Room overlooking trees

    Main thing was that I had put that I do not eat wheat on my form and when I got to breakfast all they could give me was toast so I took a banana and went to the organic cafe around the corner!

    "The bathroom was very grubby looking, the bedding although freshly changed was stained. The spare pillows in the wardrobe were disgusting, I've thrown better away. Fortunately we were only staying the one night." (97047218)

    very basic ammenities, poor hygiene, breakfast was about as basic as it comes. Very poor value for money
