"Excellent location. We were well looked after, food was excellent - a most enjoyable stay. " (107626470)

Staff were excellent - courteous and polite and very helpful.Rooms were very clean and tidy. Our doorman was such a character and utterly charming.

Rooms were slightly on the small side, and our bed did not seem like a King size.

"It was a good place to stay for the convenience of access to the national Gallery and Covent Garden" (107304368)

Convenient for the centre of London.

The room was smaller than I would have thought in a hotel of this type.

Great hotel with very polite staff and a lovely suite would definitely recommend this hotel ,the location is fantastic, right In the centre of Leicester square.Avery happy customer.

reception staff very efficient and friendly, except for late night staff who totally ignored us when we came in.

house keeping not observing obvious faults. fire door outside room very 'busy' where staff/guests? had their (smoke) breaks.
