    "Good" (108266189)

    Helpful staff, close to Fringe venues, ability to park a car, good room service.

    Breakfast only available until 9.30 AM which is very early if one is on holiday, no option to order anything other than the set meals in the evening - we would have preferred to have been able to have chosen one of the items from the daytime menu.

    Very central - modern, clean, stylish.

    Excellent value. Lovely room . Good breakfast - the bacon was the best I can remember tasting!! If I come back to Edinburgh I'll use the hotel again.

    Great position with relation to Royal Mile and Tourist attractions. Great looking Clean and crisp modern interior. Rooms were adequate size but furnished to high spec. Bathroom very nice and Shower superb. Bed very comfy Full Scottish breakfast a real winner. Parking OK if you fall lucky and get there well before Check in you will get a space.

    None. Except our room was on the back of the hotel. Not a problem in itself but a lot of banging and crashing from a Wagon unloading EARLY on Saturday morning presumably for one of the shops on the Main road at the end of the street.

    "The rooms were clean, I enjoyed the free internet, and generally found the stay pleasant and restful. I would stay there again." (107275199)

    The staff, especially the bar staff and the check instaff were very friendly and accomadating in what was clearly a very busy time of year for them.

    There had been a problem with the online booking form and it looked like I was going to be booked into another hotel, which I wasn't happy about, but it was all sorted out quickly.

    "Close to the Royal Mile and the centre of Edinburgh. A stylish modern hotel at a bargain price for us of £89 a night. Rooms where fantastic, tv said welcome with your name written on it (great personal touch).Bathroom was clean and modern again. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was well presented and tasty. Bar stayed open until the wee hours, meant we could grab a bottle of wine and take it up to the room. All in all, a little gem of a hotel." (97685893)

    "The hotel was very well located, just off the main road so no traffic noise. A 10 minute wall to the Royal Mile/High Street and a further couple more minutes to Princess Street. The hotel was very clean and quite boutique, with the added bonus of tea/coffee making facilities in your room. The receptionist was very helpful with advice/queries and even gave us a map of the city when we checked in. An excellent stay overall and would definatley stay here agin." (97387880)
