    There isnt any!

    Very dirty, window broken, bedding filthy, floor filthy, stains on towel and was very dirty. came away itching.

    dirty carpet and bedding,;poor facilities(e.g. broken curtain, broken ceiling, broken cupoard door; no airconditioner ,the loud noise from the street ;the lock to the bathroom is not working probably (be aware not to get locked in)

    Good Indian food, courteously served, though a bit pricey for the simplest dish. Clean bathroom. Easy access by public transportation and good connections with airport.

    Only one set of stairs for fire escape. No staff on duty overnight. Fire doors open for ventilation. In line of planes roaring into Heathrow til about 11 pm. and from 7 am. No phone in room.

    we have been to the vii hotel before and had great time with good service, unfortunately it was not the same the second time we visited the hotel.

    As we entered the Hotel, we did not receive good customer service. whilst checking in we werent served appropriately. we had not been informed about the fire exits neither were guided to our rooms. the room was absolutely poor, nothing was clean. on the 7th of june at 11.30am the house keeper was knoking on the door continuously with a rude manor. we would like to see an improvement.

    Excellent Indian Restaurant and bar on ground floor, not over priced. Happy hour as soon as we arrived (about 4-6 I think)Staff excellent. Car parking at rear. Room adequate and everything worked and was clean - a major plus.

    Fussy customers might be a bit intimidated at access from car park, but be assured it all changes once you get into the welcoming bar. A couple of signs to reception/bar area might be worth trying.

    Coffee & Tea making facilities is excessive. So with the toiletries and electricity outlet. Free WIFI and parking is one of the attractions.Hotel staff are very helpfull and friendly.

    Really good value for money. Great to have restaurant underneath, also the staff were very good. Good clean ensuite and comfortable bed. Carparking at rear and rear entrance which was very useful.

    Fridge was broken and door was off hinges. Windows difficult to close.

    "The staff spoke very poor English, the carpet on the stairs and in the room was filthy, the television in my room had a broken portable aerial and sat on top of a broken fridge with it's door propped against it, the table top in the room was sticky , there was one cup and no saucer, the table tops in the restaurant where we had breakfast were also sticky. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone." (97929473)

    Like many other hotels there was not a plug socket need a mirror, so it made drying my hair difficult.
