  clean bathroom

  very dirty carpet /very noisy guests / worlds most uncomfortable bed we left very early in the morning as didnt have any sleep

  good value hotel within walking distance of BFC for our match not far from motorway functional room at realistic price

  "No adequate written directions available to find the hotel. Well placed just outside the City centre: just a five minute bus ride to the Bull Ring. Most hotels right in the centre would have involved parking charges. A good utilitarian establishment; a surprisingly good menu with prompt service." (97138511)

  Plenty of room; comfortable king-size bed; powerful walk-in shower. Effective heating in a cold snap.

  24-hour noise from the ring road. Plastic door key refused to work after the first time; had to get help from passing cleaners with master-keys

  Perfect for an over night stay. We were at Birminghamm v Reading so loved being able to walk to the ground. Staff were very good as was snack menu.

  Funny seating by side of bed, although it was big enough for two the end of it was under table top thingy so only 1 person could use it and other chair uncomfortable so watched tv from bed but not a real problem

  Nice big room. Clean. Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Needed to get a taxi to the New Street train station as didn't know the area and it was tipping down with rain and freezing cold which cost about

  Nothing really. Just could have done with some biscuits with the coffee and tea maker and a couple more towels. Just a word for people who want a quiet hotel! There were loads of younger people staying there, like us, who were there for a good night out so maybe not the hotel during the weekends for people who want peace and quiet... great for us though!!

  "situated on the ringroad in a not wonderful area but the hotel was fine for a nights stay with clean and spacious room and secure free parking. Only criticism would be that the food on offer was a little bland.There is a McDonalds next door but to find a somewhere better to eat requires a drive or taxi." (97750670)

  good size room,clean and comfortable,free parking.

  continental breakfast only....english breakfast as an option would have been nice.

  "The staff and accomodation were fine until we ordered food. It took ages to arrive, in some cases was the wrong food and the food I ordered to take to my room was cold before I got there. I would use the hotle again, but would look to eat out." (97936417)
