"Very convenient for town and M5 motorway." (108757269)

Very warm welcome and helpful instant reponse. e.g only one set of towels in bathroom. Within 2 minutes of request, additional towels were provided.

Wasn't told of leisure facilities.

Room quiet,clean & comfortable

Food awful, arrived v quickly so not freshly prepared! Maybe just bad choice on my part!

"A pleasant experience - a good midway point to break our journey to Glencoe - very easy to find - very welcoming - good wholesome food - the breakfast was an excellent start to the long drive ahead of us on both occassions. " (108977686)

The staff were well mannered, very helpful, curtious and obliging - cannnot fault anyone or anything.

There were bags of linen at the top of the stairs and round the coridor to our room on both of our two visits - it wasn't a danger to us but it was a little unsightly and didn't set a good scene. Only a very minor point - the TV remote in our room did not work.

The Hoel was clean, the staff were polite and friendly, the food was good and value for money

there were none
