    "We were only using this hotel as a stop over for an early flight from Luton, so we did not need great facilties. The room was adequate, bed comfy and clean, shower RUBBISH.The local pubs seem to stop serving food at 7, so a short walk into the town centre was necessary.Recommend only as a short stay, but it does reflect in the price..... you get what you pay for."     ''The common room'' was a lovely cosy room with TV, Sofa, tea making facilities and a micro wave.

    The shower was totaly useless, only a dribble of water, quicker to wash your hair in the sink!!

    The staff was very kind.

    I found bathroom and toilets both very poky. There were also some bulbs missing.

    Close to Luton airpot. Warm room, comfortable bed, parking space

    Poor directions. Had to ask two people before I could find the hotel, even though I had printed out a map. Showers not working. Was redirected to a shower in another room, which again was not working. Drawer fell apart when I tried to open it. Slovenly reception by manager/owner

    "On arrival we were greeted by a member of staff who checked us in and showed us around. The room was rather small but cosy, and the bed were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower are shared, but we had a sink in our room as well. There are no dining facilities in the hotel so you either have to go out to eat or bring some food with you. There is a shared lounge with a TV and some magazines. Overall great value for money." (97518074)

    The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Also I liked the fact that every guest gets a key from the front door, so you can go out at night and comeback any time without having to wake someone up to open the door.

    It's a bit far from the city central, but we were driving so that didn't really affect us, but i can see how that can be a bit of a problem.

    Price was okay. Although the street was noisy, the hotel was quiet and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

    Furniture was bare minimum; I would have a appreciated a chair in my room. The young woman in charge didn't seem to know much about the city or available transportation. There was a sign on the front door: "If no one opens the door, please call [telephone number]." If your cellular phone doesn't work in England, it could be a big problem (fortunately there was someone on duty).

    Very close to the airport(4km by car)

    the hostel looks a little wired and scary. Maybe the rain had amplified a little bit the feeling.

    proximity to airport

    One toilet between residents. Inadequate towels/pillows. Decor/external appearance confirmed the owner's comments that he is selling up and the place is to be pulled down!

    Time of check in, and the staff.

    Smoking in the room, made it impossible to sleep. No heating, so it it was very cold, and no additional options for drinks except coffee, such as cocoa or tea.

    Convenient to Luton Airport

    Very poor instructions for finding the hotel, a new roundabout off the M1 was not mentioned, so I wasted half an hour. I could not find a plug for the kettle, so no tea in the morning.

    "The towl in the room was damp and look like it was used before, the room had mold on the above the window the room was realy cold and the heating went off at 11pm." (97323268)
