    Owners / staff hospitality was excellent.

    Hotel requires a major facelift in my opinion - mainly cosmetic - new carpets / bedding / re-decoration etc. would massively improve this hotel. Lobby / check-in desk felt cramped.

    The owners of the hotel were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome even moving their own vehicle to ensure we could park up easily. The breakfast was great nothing was too much trouble. The sea view was great and the location of the hotel was great on the seafront, away from the hustle and bustle of the party area but located opposite the tram stop to get into the centre of town easily. The owner was very helpful in supplying information on the local area and purchasing tram day passes. The room was clean and bed comfortable.

    The hotel bedrooms could do with updating and the bathroom was extremely small.

    "Certainly value for money. Even though the hotel is about 3 miles from the tower it is just an easy bus or tram ride away, in fact the weather was so mild we walked at a leisurely pace back to the hotel" (108383721)

    The staff/owners of the hotel were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful

    Rooms are a bit dated, but it was only to sleep in.

    STAFF VERY GOOD AND VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL.ROOM GOOD SIZE AND TEA AND COFFEE FACILATIES GOOD. WATER HOT AND BATHROOM WELL EQUIPED WITH SOAP ETC. BREAKFAST EXCELLENT WITH GOOD CHOICE AND STAFF VERY HELPFUL.

    Tea,coffee making facilities in room with biscuits!!

    Room was very dated and in great need of updating. Walls were paper thin and you could hear the conversation in the room next door. Had about 3 hours sleep due to group of girls talking and shouting at 3.45a.m., teenagers running along the corridor at 4a.m. No staff available to report concerns at that time in the morning.

    Staff all very helpful and curteous, very homely atmosphere. Rooms although fairly small were very clean and bright. Excellent view. Food good!

    Being disabled a ramp up to door would have been helpful although steps are not steep

    Spacious clean room with good facilities. Friendly helpful and very hard working staff at all levels. An upper market higher quality "air" to the Hotel throughout. Breakfast was first class in every way. Very conveniently situated for all the main attractions.

    Evening meals were exceptionally disappointing in quality with a very poor Menu choice. We found it to be tarted-up nonsense that was exceptionally overpriced for what it was, and will eat out in future.

    "For the money we paid it was adequate, and in the right location for us. The rooms are small, very old fashioned and the electrics are a little scary BUT the staff were great, and the breakfast was lovely too. " (107775356)

    Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Happy to let you back in after a late night.

    Very outdated. They appear to be renovating the hotel and it is desperately needed.The shower was awful. They could also improve the car parking. You have to wake us the staff to get in late at night as you don't check a key and the reception isn't manned 24/7. Shame check out wasn't a little later too.

    very friendly .hotel was clean and well looked after

    no heating in room except a small fan heater. a big hotel with only four rooms occupied yet we were on top floor away from wifi although it was advertised as accessible in all hotel.
