  "We stayed overnight and were really pleased with the location and gereral condition of the hotel, helpful staff evening meal was excellent plus a great breakfast Thank you." (107919121)

  Rooms clean and pleasantly decorated etc. attractive restaurant excellent service and food hotel is idealy situated.

  Not that we used it but the TV room could do with updating

  "This hotel is exactly as described. A couple of minutes walk from the pier and shops it is in a very quiet location. The staff are very friendly and polite (sadly unusual these days). Our 4 poster suite was very comfortable. Would love to return here in nicer weather." (97789292)

  Very friendly welcome from staff. Room very clean with good level of equipment.

  Unfortunate problem with water pressure so bath takes forever to fill. Wouldn't have been a real problem except that the shower bracket was broken as well.However, had we been staying more than one night, I'm sure the lovely staff would have rectified this for us.

  Clean, good location, staff helpful

  The room was quite small. The evening meal was overpriced.

  "The hotel was ideally situated in a lovely residential area just 2 minutes from gardens the beach and shops. The room was warm and inviting with all the facilities required, hairdrier, tea. coffee etc. All the rooms were clean and beautifully furnished. The food was excellent, don't forget to book your meal at the restaurant so they know to expect you. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, we met many frequent visitors to the hotel and we will definitely be staying there again." (97349191)

  The hotel was beautifully furnished and looked as if it had had a fresh coat of paint that morning. The position was perfect, 2 minute walk from a park/gardens and the beach and shops. The heating in the room was excellent everything was relaxing and welcoming.

  "I would have liked to have known that the bar and restaurant was not open, I would like staff to have some knowledge of the area. The man on reception couldn't name or recomment a resaurant. The only decent staff were the breakfast waiting girls. The hotel was ludicrously overpriced for what it was." (97703127)

  "Location near sea front and town centre was good but accommodation was poor for a 3-star hotel and I have had much better rooms for the equivalent cost. Staff attitude was the worst problem as well as the hard beds which were unconfortable for one night." (97883877)
