    clean and tidy, good breakfast! Easy access from Airport and/or Train Station

    Fire alarm went off @ about 1am, not hotels problem, but uncomfortable anyway. (someone smoking I think), could use a little more coffee and creamers.

    we loved staying on the 8th floor the convenient links to Manchester City and the covered walk ways through the airport. hotel was clean and staff friendly - really enhanced the start of our holiday as we were flying out from the airport.

    Clean; quiet; easy connections to central Manchester by rail which is easily accessed from hotel withiout venturing outside.

    Staff weren't too interested at check-in or check-out. Entrance to car park difficult to see (had to do a lap before I found it). Bar prices very high. Breakfast is GBP17.50; no hotel breakfast is worth 17.50. Didn't bother.

    Breakfast buffet was very good and it was included in price of room

    Room had noise coming from ceiling at times. When I talked to front desk, they sent a man who said it was a water pipe vibrating and if it continued they will take action to solve it.

    Clean,modern nothing to complain about. Very useful for Manchester airport

    overpriced compared to similar quality hotels.

    I love this hotel! The staff is superb and the welcome is always warm and friendly. The rooms are exquisite and perfect for a stop over or an extended stay. The restaurant and bar service and food are well done. Its a great hotel and an absolutely suberb staff! Strongly recommend it for the Manchester traveler! Thank you

    It was clean, the staff were helpful and surprisingly the hotel was quiet. It was very convenient with the car parking and access to the terminal.

    The drinks and food were rather pricey

    Cot requested on booking - cot in room on arrival - great Adjacent room requested on booking for other party - also as requested.

    Room not available for check in immediately on arrival - with young baby, would be ideal to be able to get into the room.

    the drainage system in the bath/shower and hand wash facilities are very poor. the shower get flooded in very short time.

    "Very good. Of all the hotels in which we have stayed in the past 12 months, this was the most outstanding. We have stayed in hotels in North America, Scotland and England in that period." (99594026)

    Staff were prepared to listen and even though the reception person was a trainee she did well. The senior concierge was outstanding in his atteniotn to detail. His younger colleague has a good sense of standards.

    We were not aware of any "bad points".

    I love this hotel. It is a pleasure to stay here on our way back to the US. The rooms are superior

    it always takes an age to check in or out. This needs to be streamlined

    Staff excellent, helpful. Rooms nice and spacious. Ideal when flying from terminal 2.

    Had to carry heavy bags from car into hotel and up to 3rd floor.

    Extremely convenient location at airport. Soundproofing excellent - you could lie in bed and see the airplanes on the stand but not hear them. Good swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff

    The walkways from 2 of the terminals are now closed

    "Overall, it was a very pleasureable experience and a very convenient location.I had a few quibbles about dinner in the restaurant. The flavour of the risotto was excellent but the dish itself was only lukewarm.The long-cooked duck was flavoursome also but needed a sweet accompaniment(ORANGE?)Selection of desserts uninteresting.The service in the restaurant needs tightening-up."     "I enjoyed my short stay and getting to the airport via the walkway was extremely easy and convenient. Staff were all very helpful. My only concern was having to wait quite a long time for a place to eat because everywhere was so busy. I had travelled from France via Liverpool and I was really very hungry by the time I was able to eat." (97228209)
