    The absolutely weakest coffee I've ever had in my life. The window in my collegues room couldn't open, she got another room, but how can you offer guests rooms, when you cannot air them properly (there wasn't any air-con)?

    Room was Very Good and the Food in the Hotel was wonderful.

    Staff seemed a bit aloof and unfriendly. Too busy talking with other staff and not paying attention to customers.

    Nice friendly staff, good selection og tea Y coffee in the room. Bathroom accessories were nice. Not bad sized room. Fair amount of hanging space and coat hangars

    Bed was a bit soft. Shelf in room was hanging off of the wall. Advertised Sky TV but no instructions for the TV.

    Very helpful young man on reception when I arrived!

    Had a little difficulty finding the hotel. Room far to warm on arrival....I turned the heating off.

    Staff were all very polite and friendly. The food was excellent ,good quality,well presented. Room was clean, bed comfortable.Bathroom,good, a litle TLC in decor neded here and there.

    beautiful hotel, perfect location. staff were very friendly.

    very bad experience in restaurant - had to send meal back twice before it was right (i.e meat in a vegetarian meal). Waitress at breakfast cleared dishes before we were finished with them. Would have expected at least a drink on the house as way of apology, but nothing offered.

    Had a terrible room facing a night club on other side of street, got no sleep at all due to loud music all through the night (loud enough to vibrate the desk in the room), followed by a noisy guest in the room next door putting TV on at full volume at 0400hrs. Check-out was delayed (I was late to an appointment) because there where one staff member handling breakfast room and front desk at the same time !

    Staff very helpfull and also cheerfull. Room very clean and comfortable. The food was very good and well presented and I had the best mixed grill I have ever had. Very good value for money

    STAFF ALWAYS FRIENDLY CENTRAL LOCATION HAD THE 4 POSTER FOR JUST A SINGLE RATE SKY SPORTS IN ROOM WETHERSPOONS AND CLUBS 5 MINS AWAY IF THAT

    IF YOU HAVE A FRONT ROOM IT CAN BE NOISY ON A WEEKEND.SKY SPORTS 2 SOMETIMES NOT ON BUT NEVER ASKED WHY,WOULD BE SURE THAT IT WOULDNT BE A PROBLEM

    Close to where I wanted to be. Food was excellent.

    Bed and Pillows uncomfortabl, they use blankets and sheets instead of duvets. Bathroom could do with better showers.

    "This is not the type of hotel in which I would stay if on holiday, however it was adequate for the purpose of my visit. It took a while to find the car park and I had to wait for the gates to be unlocked. Ideally I would have liked wifi internet access. It was fairly typical of an ageing hotel in need of some decoration, particularly inside the bedroom. The bathroom needs some tlc and a bit of work on the shower. In general the staff were friendly. This is not a hotel for the younger person." (97173639)

    Conveniently situated for my business requirements.

    The bedroom was in need of some decoration. The shower was black and mouldy around the borders. Parking was a pain.

    "Waitering staff were excellent all the time we were there however the front desk staff were missing on occasions and very indifferent on the day we left. Seemed to indicate that ' we have your money we don't want to know you'." (97601558)

    Best hotel food we have ever had, the room was always nice and warm which was very welcome considering the weather.

    Trying to sleep through a rave party (this was the night before you won the 6 nations game, it was quieter Saturday night)and because we booked on line we received no warning until we actually checked in which is a bit late.
